ADDRESS BY 'ABDU'L-BAHA
AT THE FRIENDS' MEETING HOUSE
ST MARTIN'S LANE, LONDON, W.C.

Sunday, January 12th, 1913

About one thousand years ago a society was formed in Persia called the Society of the Friends, who gathered together for silent communion with the Almighty.
They divided Divine philosophy into two parts: one kind is that of which the knowledge can be acquired through lectures and study in schools and colleges. The second kind of philosophy was that of the Illuminati, or followers of the Inner Light. The schools of this philosophy were held in silence. Meditating, and turning their faces to the Source of Light, from that central Light the mysteries of the Kingdom were reflected in the hearts of these people. All the Divine problems were solved by this power of illumination.
This Society of Friends increased greatly in Persia, and up to the present time their societies exist. Many books and epistles were written by their leaders. When they assemble in their meeting-house they sit silently and contemplate; their leader opens with a certain proposition, and says to the assembly `You must meditate on this problem'. Then, freeing their minds from everything else, they sit and reflect, and before long the answer is revealed to them. Many abstruse divine questions are solved by this illumination.
Some of the great questions unfolding from the rays of the Sun of Reality upon the mind of man are: the problem of the reality of the spirit of man; of the birth of the spirit; of its birth from this world into the world of God; the question of the inner life of the spirit and of its fate after its ascension from the body.
They also meditate upon the scientific questions of the day, and these are likewise solved.
These people, who are called `Followers of the inner light', attain to a superlative degree of power, and are entirely freed from blind dogmas and imitations. Men rely on the statements of these people: by themselves-- within themselves--they solve all mysteries.
If they find a solution with the assistance of the inner light, they accept it, and afterwards they declare it: otherwise they would consider it a matter of blind imitation. They go so far as to reflect upon the essential nature of the Divinity, of the Divine revelation, of the manifestation of the Deity in this world. All the divine and scientific questions are solved by them through the power of the spirit.
Bahá'u'lláh says there is a sign (from God) in every phenomenon: the sign of the intellect is contemplation and the sign of contemplation is silence, because it is impossible for a man to do two things at one time--he cannot both speak and meditate.
It is an axiomatic fact that while you meditate you are speaking with your own spirit. In that state of mind you put certain questions to your spirit and the spirit answers: the light breaks forth and the reality is revealed.
You cannot apply the name `man' to any being void of this faculty of meditation; without it he would be a mere animal, lower than the beasts.
Through the faculty of meditation man attains to eternal life; through it he receives the breath of the Holy Spirit--the bestowal of the Spirit is given in reflection and meditation.
The spirit of man is itself informed and strengthened during meditation; through it affairs of which man knew nothing are unfolded before his view. Through it he receives Divine inspiration, through it he receives heavenly food.
Meditation is the key for opening the doors of mysteries. In that state man abstracts himself: in that state man withdraws himself from all outside objects; in that subjective mood he is immersed in the ocean of spiritual life and can unfold the secrets of things-in-themselves. To illustrate this, think of man as endowed with two kinds of sight; when the power of insight is being used the outward power of vision does not see.
This faculty of meditation frees man from the animal nature, discerns the reality of things, puts man in touch with God.
This faculty brings forth from the invisible plane the sciences and arts. Through the meditative faculty inventions are made possible, colossal undertakings are carried out; through it governments can run smoothly. Through this faculty man enters into the very Kingdom of God.
Nevertheless some thoughts are useless to man; they are like waves moving in the sea without result. Butif the faculty of meditation is bathed in the inner light and characterized with divine attributes, the results will be confirmed.
The meditative faculty is akin to the mirror; if you put it before earthly objects it will reflect them. Therefore if the spirit of man is contemplating earthly subjects he will be informed of these.
But if you turn the mirror of your spirits heavenwards, the heavenly constellations and the rays of the Sun of Reality will be reflected in your hearts, and the virtues of the Kingdom will be obtained.
Therefore let us keep this faculty rightly directed-- turning it to the heavenly Sun and not to earthly objects--so that we may discover the secrets of the Kingdom, and comprehend the allegories of the Bible and the mysteries of the spirit.
May we indeed become mirrors reflecting the heavenly realities, and may we become so pure as to reflect the stars of heaven.

Message from the Beloved Guardian

MESSAGE FROM THE BELOVED GUARDIAN. (NEAL CHASE)

A new Group has been formed "AbhaParadise".

Allah'u'Abha!

Welcome to AbhaParadise, a free, easy-to-use email group service. Please take a moment to review this message. Details concerning how to access web-features are attached below at the end of this message.

My name is Neal Chase. I became a Baha'i in 1985 after attending Firesides at the home of Dr. Leland Jensen, my mentor in the Faith.

At that time the internet was only beginning. This technology enables the friends from all over the world who are the co-workers and dedicated adherents of the Guardian to associate with one another in the specific focus of the advancing the teaching effort at this time in company with myself, the living promised one who fulfills the criteria of the Baha'i Covenant as well as Prophecy by my prophesied name, prophesied date, prophesied address, and prophesied mission.

The purpose of this is to enable the people to have this type of association with a religious teacher and educator who makes just such an authoritative claim in order that the people may make their own personal adjustments in preparation for meeting and reunion with the Supreme Universal Manifestation of God Himself seated upon the throne of Reality in the afterlife of the next world.

As these two worlds inter-penetrate one another, the true believer who comes into contact with the throne upon the earth (David's throne) undergoes rapid spiritual, emotional, and intellectual acceleration upon "the Path of Positive Knowledge" (Iqan) that Baha'u'llah has described as the "quickening" in His Book of the Covenant (Kitab-i-Ahd).

This group meeting is best styled as the Outer Sanctuary of the Temple of God. In reality it is immediate access to the true "School of the Prophets" and the promised one. Members are free to remove themselves at anytime.

II. GROUP DESCRIPTION (see photo online)

THE SCHOOL OF THE PROPHETS

"Teaching the Cause is of the utmost importance for it is the head corner-stone of the foundation itself." (W&T, p. 10)

This is a special discussion board for deepening in the cutting edge of the teaching effort.

The focus is upon Baha'i topics relevant to the Cause. Also upon personal expression--the arts and sciences--in harmony with the spiritual teachings for today:

"By this all men will know that you are my disciples, that you love one another" (John 13:35 NIV)

The goal is to create a healthful and vibrant space for accelerating both personal and community growth under the provisions of the Covenant of Baha'u'llah.

This space is a place not unlike the Outer Sanctuary of the Temple (see photo) where some of the friends may meet and associate with one another in company with the the Promised One for today who fulfills the Criteria in the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha (see page 12 and 15) for the living Guardian of the Baha'i faith seated upon the throne of King David that is to last for ever (Is. 9:6,7; Psalms 89; Proc. Baha'u'llah, p. 89, etc.).

The spiritual atmosphere of decorum, inner-serenity, and support for outer honest expression is maintained by the Positive Spiritual Vortex generated by the Spiritual Maturity of the members themselves united as one soul in one body, active and striving to win their own spiritual stations.

May God advance His Cause through the channel of these invincible and immortal souls!

your servant,

Neal.

III. Henry V - Act 3, Scene 1

Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
    As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
    Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
    Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
    Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
Let pry through the portage of the head
Like the brass cannon; let the brow o'erwhelm it
As fearfully as doth a galled rock
O'erhang and jutty his confounded base,
Swill'd with the wild and wasteful ocean.
Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide,
Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit
To his full height. On, on, you noblest English.
Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof!
Fathers that, like so many Alexanders,
Have in these parts from morn till even fought
And sheathed their swords for lack of argument:
Dishonour not your mothers; now attest
That those whom you call'd fathers did beget you.
Be copy now to men of grosser blood,
And teach them how to war. And you, good yeoman,
Whose limbs were made in England, show us here
The mettle of your pasture; let us swear
    That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not;
For there is none of you so mean and base,
That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

CHINVAT "NEWSLETTER"

"Moral life consists in the government of one's self.

Immortality is government of a human soul by the Divine Will."

—`Abdu'l-Baha

In the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus said: "Not my will O Lord, but Thine" (Lk. 22:42 KJV). This teaching shows that it is only when we align our will with the will of God that we enter into sympathetic vibration (like a tuning fork) and receive our rays of the Holy Spirit. Only the human soul has the capacity to receive this possession of the Holy Ghost—to at once possess it and be possessed by it. Through this possession the true lover of Divinity enters into an immortal relationship as it is written: "Behold I died and I am alive for evermore" (Rev. 1:18 RSV) and: "O SON OF MAN! If thou lovest Me, turn away from thyself; and if thou seekest My pleasure, regard not thine own; that thou mayest die in Me and I may eternally live in thee." (Baha'u'llah, HW A7)

The Will of God today as manifested in our personal experiences of immediate Reality is tabernacled through the Covenant of Baha'u'llah (Kitab-i-Ahd) and the sacred Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Baha (W&T) that maintains the sanctity of the Holy Precinct through which the personal spiritual practice of Will Alignment is maintained in both individual and social transformation.

The Twin Holy Documents which together form one single sacred scroll "written within and on the back and sealed with 7 seals" is the appearance of the most Mighty Document in our midst (see "Revelation Explained,", ch. 5 for more). This is the appearance of the Divine Will amongst you and its tabernacling in the Holy Temple of God.

The communion of the Holy Ghost (2 Cor. 13:14 KJV) therefore infuses the LOVE of God and His might, His power, His ecstasy, and His glory within the crucible of the KNOWing Soul that is pure and receptive as it is written in the Hidden Words of Baha'u'llah and the Apostle Paul:

"Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ?... What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?" (1 Cor. 6:16, 19 KJV)

"But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

"Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God [the knowledge of the Real]. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned...

"For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ." (1 Cor. 2: 7-10, 12-14, 16 KJV)

"O SON OF BEING! Thy heart is My home; sanctify it for My descent. Thy spirit is My place of revelation; cleanse it for My manifestation." (Baha'u'llah: HW A59)

"O SON OF MAN! The temple of being is My throne; cleanse it of all things, that there I may be established and there I may abide." (Baha'u'llah: HW A58)

"It should be remembered in this connection that the one true God is in Himself exalted beyond and above proximity and remoteness. His reality transcendeth such limitations. His relationship to His creatures knoweth no degrees. That some are near and others are far is to be ascribed to the manifestations themselves.

"That the heart is the throne, in which the Revelation of God the All-Merciful is centered, is attested by the holy utterances which We have formerly revealed.

"Among them is this saying: "Earth and heaven cannot contain Me; what can alone contain Me is the heart of him that believeth in Me, and is faithful to My Cause." How often hath the human heart, which is the recipient of the light of God and the seat of the revelation of the All-Merciful, erred from Him Who is the Source of that light and the Well Spring of that revelation. It is the waywardness of the heart that removeth it far from God, and condemneth it to remoteness from Him. Those hearts, however, that are aware of His Presence, are close to Him, and are to be regarded as having drawn nigh unto His throne." (Baha'u'llah: GL XCIII )

In the union of the Temple of God in which we worship God in the comm-union with God here is the Love of God united with the immediate Knowledge of God (see last chapter of SAQ) where this soul--governed by the Divine Will of God--lives an immortal life immortally.

Those outside have no share in the Bounty of this Enjoyment.

"And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony [W&T] and they loved not their lives unto the death." (Rev. 12:10-11 KJV)

Today, the enjoyments and pleasures and bounties of immortality have been given to that company of the Covenant that in alignment with the Divine Will are able to REINFORCE the living Executive Branch as it is written:

"The legislative body must reinforce the executive [Davidic King], the executive must aid and assist the legislative body so that through the close union and harmony of these two forces, the foundation of fairness and justice may become firm and strong, that all the regions of the world may become even as Paradise itself." (W&T, p. 15)

When people awaken to the fulfillment of this spiritual equation in their own lives, they will recognize that the throne of David has been placed by God upon the earth as the catalyst for a transformation unfathomed in its depths—the deep things of God—by any of the prophets and believers who have lived in the prior times. This is set into motion by the test of the Guardianship of the Baha'i Faith which is to last forever (Pslams 89)—the continued lineage of Baha'u'llah through His son `Abdu'l-Baha  seated upon David's throne  as the Presidency and Executive Branch of the  true Universal House of Justice (www.UHJ.net) of Baha'u'llah:

"I, The Ancient Beauty ruleth upon the throne of David.
Thus hath my Pen spoken that which the
histories of bygone ages have related."
~ Proclamation of Baha'u'llah, p. 89

The TRUTH of this Teaching is known only to those who have received the gift of this Real Immortality.

By the Power of the Covenant it is accomplished.

And the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and did work in the house of the LORD of hosts, their God, (Hag. 1:14 KJV)

This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit [the Holy Ghost], saith the LORD of hosts. (Zech. 4:6 KJV)

"A mighty power and supreme potency is hidden and concealed in the world being.
Focus your gaze upon it and upon the direction of its unity,
not upon the differences which are apparent therein."
--Baha'u'llah, Kitab-i-Ahd: Book of the Covenant.

I am posting this talk of 'Abdu'l-Baha to help to widen the horizon of our perceptions of understanding the nature of the Reality within the Baha'i framework of the Covenant and W&T. This talk supplements chapter LXXXII in Some Answered Questions (SAQ) entitled "pantheism" which in the original language is "the unity of existence" (wahdat al-wujúd). The self-organizing Universe is a mysterious place: "If it is considered with insight, it will be seen that all the forces of the Universe, in the last analysis, serve the Covenant. In the future it shall be made evident and manifest." ('Abdu'l-Baha, Star of the West, 11(14), 242.)

The Promulgation of Universal Peace

"It is evident, then, that each elemental atom of the universe is possessed of a capacity to express all the virtues of the universe. This is a subtle and abstract realization. Meditate upon it, for within it lies the true explanation of pantheism. From this point of view and perception pantheism is a truth, for every atom in the universe possesses or reflects all the virtues of life, the manifestation of which is effected through change and transformation."--'Abdu'l-Baha

Notes by Edna McKinney
Upon the faces of those present I behold the expression of thoughtfulness and wisdom; therefore, I shall discourse upon a subject involving one of the divine questions, a question of religious and metaphysical importance--namely, the progressive and perpetual motion of elemental atoms throughout the various degrees of phenomena and the kingdoms of existence. It will be demonstrated and become evident that the origin and outcome of phenomena are identical and that there is an essential oneness in all existing things. This is a subtle principle appertaining to divine philosophy and requiring close analysis and attention.

The elemental atoms which constitute all phenomenal existence and being in this illimitable universe are in perpetual motion, undergoing continuous degrees of progression. For instance, let us conceive of an atom in the mineral kingdom progressing upward to the kingdom of the vegetable by entering into the composition and fiber of a tree or plant. From thence it is assimilated and transferred into the kingdom of the animal and finally, by the law and process of composition, becomes a part of the body of man. That is to say, it has traversed the intermediate degrees and stations of phenomenal existence, entering into the composition of various organisms in its journey. This motion or transference is progressive and perpetual, for after disintegration of the human body into which it has entered, it returns to the mineral kingdom whence it came and will continue to traverse the kingdoms of phenomena as before. This is an illustration designed to show that the constituent elemental atoms of phenomena undergo progressive transference and motion throughout the material kingdoms.

In its ceaseless progression and journeyings the atom becomes imbued with the virtues and powers of each degree or kingdom it traverses. In the degree of the mineral it possessed mineral affinities; in the kingdom of the vegetable it manifested the augmentative virtue or power of growth; in the animal organism it reflected the intelligence of that degree; and in the kingdom of man it was qualified with human attributes or virtues.

Furthermore, the forms and organisms of phenomenal being and existence in each of the kingdoms of the universe are myriad and numberless. The vegetable plane or kingdom, for instance, has its infinite variety of types and material structures of plant life-- each distinct and different within itself, no two exactly alike in composition and detail--for there are no repetitions in nature, and the augmentative virtue cannot be confined to any given image or shape. Each leaf has its own particular identity--so to speak, its own individuality as a leaf. Therefore, each atom of the innumerable elemental atoms, during its ceaseless motion through the kingdoms of existence as a constituent of organic composition, not only becomes imbued with the powers and virtues of the kingdoms it traverses but also reflects the attributes and qualities of the forms and organisms of those kingdoms. As each of these forms has its individual and particular virtue, therefore, each elemental atom of the universe has the opportunity of expressing an infinite variety of those individual virtues. No atom is bereft or deprived of this opportunity or right of expression. Nor can it be said of any given atom that it is denied equal opportunities with other atoms; nay, all are privileged to possess the virtues existent in these kingdoms and to reflect the attributes of their organisms. In the various transformations or passages from kingdom to kingdom the virtues expressed by the atoms in each degree are peculiar to that degree. For example, in the world of the mineral the atom does not express the vegetable form and organism, and when through the process of transmutation it assumes the virtues of the vegetable degree, it does not reflect the attributes of animal organisms, and so on.

It is evident, then, that each elemental atom of the universe is possessed of a capacity to express all the virtues of the universe. This is a subtle and abstract realization. Meditate upon it, for within it lies the true explanation of pantheism. From this point of view and perception pantheism is a truth, for every atom in the universe possesses or reflects all the virtues of life, the manifestation of which is effected through change and transformation. Therefore, the origin and outcome of phenomena is, verily, the omnipresent God; for the reality of all phenomenal existence is through Him. There is neither reality nor the manifestation of reality without the instrumentality of God. Existence is realized and possible through the bounty of God, just as the ray or flame emanating from this lamp is realized through the bounty of the lamp, from which it originates. Even so, all phenomena are realized through the divine bounty, and the explanation of true pantheistic statement and principle is that the phenomena of the universe find realization through the one power animating and dominating all things, and all things are but manifestations of its energy and bounty. The virtue of being and existence is through no other agency. Therefore, in the words of Baha'u'llah, the first teaching is the oneness of the world of humanity.

When the man who is spiritually sagacious and possessed of insight views the world of humanity, he will observe that the lights of the divine bounty are flooding all mankind, just as the lights of the sun shed their splendor upon all existing things. All phenomena of material existence are revealed through the ray emanating from the sun. Without light nothing would be visible. Similarly, all phenomena in the inner world of reality receive the bounties of God from the source of divine bestowal. This human plane, or kingdom, is one creation, and all souls are the signs and traces of the divine bounty. In this plane there are no exceptions; all have been recipients of their bestowals through the heavenly bounty. Can you find a soul bereft of the nearness of God? Can you find one whom God has deprived of its daily sustenance? This is impossible. God is kind and loving to all, and all are manifestations of the divine bounty. This is the oneness of the world of humanity.

But some souls are weak; we must endeavor to strengthen them. Some are ignorant, uninformed of the bounties of God; we must strive to make them knowing. Some are ailing; we must seek to restore them to health. Some are immature as children; they must be trained and assisted to attain maturity. We nurse the sick in tenderness and the kindly spirit of love; we do not despise them because they are ill. Therefore, we must exercise extreme patience, sympathy and love toward all mankind, considering no soul as rejected. If we look upon a soul as rejected, we have disobeyed the teachings of God. God is loving to all. Shall we be unjust or unkind to anyone? Is this allowable in the sight of God? God provides for all. Is it befitting for us to prevent the flow of His merciful provisions for mankind? God has created all in His image and likeness. Shall we manifest hatred for His creatures and servants? This would be contrary to the will of God and according to the will of Satan, by which we mean the natural inclinations of the lower nature. This lower nature in man is symbolized as Satan--the evil ego within us, not an evil personality outside.

Baha'u'llah teaches that the foundations of the divine religion are one reality which does not admit of multiplicity or division. Therefore, the commandments and teachings of God are one. The religious differences and divisions which exist in the world are due to blind imitations of forms without knowledge or investigation of the fundamental divine reality which underlies all the religions. Inasmuch as these imitations of ancestral forms are various, dissensions have arisen among the people of religion. Therefore, it is necessary to free mankind from this subjection to blind belief by pointing the way of guidance to reality itself, which is the only basis of unity.

Baha'u'llah says that religion must be conducive to love and unity. If it proves to be the source of hatred and enmity, its absence is preferable; for the will and law of God is love, and love is the bond between human hearts. Religion is the light of the world. If it is made the cause of darkness through human misunderstanding and ignorance, it would be better to do without it.

Religion must conform to science and reason; otherwise, it is superstition. God has created man in order that he may perceive the verity of existence and endowed him with mind or reason to discover truth. Therefore, scientific knowledge and religious belief must be conformable to the analysis of this divine faculty in man.

Prejudices of all kinds--whether religious, racial, patriotic or political--are destructive of divine foundations in man. All the warfare and bloodshed in human history have been the outcome of prejudice. This earth is one home and native land. God has created mankind with equal endowment and right to live upon the earth. As a city is the home of all its inhabitants although each may have his individual place of residence therein, so the earth's surface is one wide native land or home for all races of humankind. Racial prejudice or separation into nations such as French, German, American and so on is unnatural and proceeds from human motive and ignorance. All are the children and servants of God. Why should we be separated by artificial and imaginary boundaries? In the animal kingdom the doves flock together in harmony and agreement. They have no prejudices. We are human and superior in intelligence. Is it befitting that lower creatures should manifest virtues which lack expression in man?

Baha'u'llah has proclaimed and promulgated the foundation of international peace. For thousands of years men and nations have gone forth to the battlefield to settle their differences. The cause of this has been ignorance and degeneracy. Praise be to God! In this radiant century minds have developed, perceptions have become keener, eyes are illumined and ears attentive. Therefore, it will be impossible for war to continue. Consider human ignorance and inconsistency. A man who kills another man is punished by execution, but a military genius who kills one hundred thousand of his fellow creatures is immortalized as a hero. One man steals a small sum of money and is imprisoned as a thief. Another pillages a whole country and is honored as a patriot and conqueror. A single falsehood brings reproach and censure, but the wiles of politicians and diplomats excite the admiration and praise of a nation. Consider the ignorance and inconsistency of mankind. How darkened and savage are the instincts of humanity!

Baha'u'llah has announced that no matter how far the world of humanity may advance in material civilization, it is nevertheless in need of spiritual virtues and the bounties of God. The spirit of man is not illumined and quickened through material sources. It is not resuscitated by investigating phenomena of the world of matter. The spirit of man is in need of the protection of the Holy Spirit. Just as he advances by progressive stages from the mere physical world of being into the intellectual realm, so must he develop upward in moral attributes and spiritual graces. In the process of this attainment he is ever in need of the bestowals of the Holy Spirit. Material development may be likened to the glass of a lamp, whereas divine virtues and spiritual susceptibilities are the light within the glass. The lamp chimney is worthless without the light; likewise, man in his material condition requires the radiance and vivification of the divine graces and merciful attributes. Without the presence of the Holy Spirit he is lifeless. Although physically and mentally alive, he is spiritually dead. Christ announced, "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit," meaning that man must be born again. As the babe is born into the light of this physical world, so must the physical and intellectual man be born into the light of the world of Divinity. In the matrix of the mother the unborn child was deprived and unconscious of the world of material existence, but after its birth it beheld the wonders and beauties of a new realm of life and being. In the world of the matrix it was utterly ignorant and unable to conceive of these new conditions, but after its transformation it discovers the radiant sun, trees, flowers and an infinite range of blessings and bounties awaiting it. In the human plane and kingdom man is a captive of nature and ignorant of the divine world until born of the breaths of the Holy Spirit out of physical conditions of limitation and deprivation. Then he beholds the reality of the spiritual realm and Kingdom, realizes the narrow restrictions of the mere human world of existence and becomes conscious of the unlimited and infinite glories of the world of God. Therefore, no matter how man may advance upon the physical and intellectual plane, he is ever in need of the boundless virtues of Divinity, the protection of the Holy Spirit and the face of God.

Baha'u'llah was Jewish, from the Throne line of King David!

Baha'u'llah was Jewish, from the Throne line of King David!

Glad tidings to all of Persia and all Persian people around the world!

It is an honor to have this opportunity to tell of an as yet hidden key to both Persian and Baha'i history.

That key is the key of David.

The entire Baha'i Faith and the controversy which has surrounded it since it's beginnings in 1844-1863 revolve around the genealogy of Baha'u'llah being in a direct line from the Biblical King David. This has been suppressed in Persia (Iran) since then and has resulted in many assassinations worldwide, several of prominent individuals, by those who wish to keep this information from being widely investigated and broadcast. The "hands" in 1957 knew this and violated the Baha'i Covenant and without any authority whatsoever claimed "bada" and usurped the Cause of God in order to keep the world from knowing that Baha'u'llah was from this lineage, that He continued it through 'Abdu'l-Baha and that it continued on from 'Abdu'l-Baha through adoption.

Baha'u'llah's lineage is from His father that of the Jewish Throne Line of King David and from His mother that of the Persian Sassanian Dynasty which ended with Yazdegird III.

The intertwining of this Throne Line of King David and the Throne Line of Zoroastrian Persia is referenced in one instance in Markham's "A General Sketch of the History of Persia" published in 1874. The Genealogy is found on page 97 with the written account of the merging of these two royal houses found specifically on page 94. Here is the link to that account:

Bostenay or as we transliterate the name; Bostanai was the "Prince of the Captivity" of the Jews at that time or as Ginsberg in his "Legends of the Jews" refers to the Davidic Kings during the time of their Babylonian/Persian captivity, the "Exilarchate", the "Exilarchs" or the "Monarchs in exile".

The Persians may know Bostanai in their history as "Baw" and his family as the "Bawandids" and there are written accounts of this very central point of Persian and Jewish history from both perspectives which dovetail perfectly. These histories were only "spoken of", to quote a close Persian friend who is a Siyyid, "in very low tones and quiet whispers at certain cafe's and private gymnasiums" as the Iranian government would cause one to disappear if they were found to be openly speaking of this part of Persian history.

We, the Baha'is Under the Provisions of the Covenant, are going to break Baha'u'llah out of the Most Great Prison, the prison of oppression, marginalization and obscurity and bring about the Great Projection of His True Identity and the Identity of His True UHJ to all the people of the world. The goal of that Projection and the fruits of it are the establishment of universal human and civil rights, social and economic justice, the establishment of a bridled capitalism of the divine economy, and the lesser and greater peace founded upon the Most Great Justice.

In the name of the King,

KPS,

Knight of Baha'u'llah

Addendum:

It must also be noted that Baha'u'llah advised the Moslem leaders to send a representative to speak with Mirza Yahya so that they would have his confirmation of their genealogical roots. Mirza Yahya knew his family history as well as Baha'u'llah though Mirza Yahya also knew that it was not his own line of decsent which continued the throne, but that it was in fact Baha'u'llah's line which was chosen for this. This request by Baha'u'llah is recorded in His Epistle to the Son of the Wolf:

"In this day, this Wronged One requesteth thee and the other divines who have drunk of the cup of the knowledge of God, and are illumined by the shining words of the Day-Star of Justice, to appoint some person, without informing any one, and despatch him to these regions, and enable him to remain a while in the island of Cyprus, and associate with Mirza Yahya, perchance he may become aware of the fundamentals of this Faith and of the source of the Divine laws and commandments.
(Baha'u'llah:  Epistle to the Son of the Wolf, Pages: 120-121)

There are also key references in the Baha'i writings which confirm this Davidic Lineage and Baha'u'llah's ancestry being firmly rooted therein.

In the year 817 A.D. the Reigning Davidic Monarch was actually converted to Islam by the Imam who was his contemporary when they met in the city of Mashad.

At one time when asked by what authority do the Imams rule the Imam stated "We rule by the authority of the House of David."

This is the point of unity around which Moslem, Jew and Christian must unite! It is now time for this to come forth and bring the three most warring branches of the religion of God together in universal Peace through universal Justice!

In service to the Covenant,

In the Name of the King,

KPS59,

Knight of Baha'u'llah

TEACHING EFFORT BY USA COUNCIL

Dear All,

We have finally been able to resolve the publishing problems we have  been having over the last decade!

The Baha'i Publishers Under the Provisions of the Covenant (BPUPC) in conjunction with page10publishers (a non-profit publishing trust) is now at the point of being able to functionally distribute materials at cost. This will soon include the Baha'i writings and prayer books and other essential materials such as Some Answered Questions and the Book of the Covenant (Kitab-i-Ahd) and the Sacred Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha.

For those who wish to actively support this aspect of the organized teaching effort in their local area we will mail special business cards to your address that you can give out to people you are promoting the faith. At the website (which you can view yourself right now: page10publishers.com) the people can download the song Shambhala  as a free gift (mp3 download). They can also order copies of the DVD "Shambhala and the 13th Crystal Skull" as well as obtain copies of the Divine Banner for their own personal use.

usa council just returned from a very successful teaching trip in Denver, Colorado. At this convention we were able to "sing the new song" to individuals and promote the faith. At the conclusion we then told them that they could see the Divine Banner at this website, and download the exciting song Shambhala for free as a free gift. Then we gave them the card and wrote our personal contact information on the back in some  cases with the BUPC.org website info so they could experience the online Baha'i Firesides for free. This card is a great teaching tool at this time of 2012!

If you would like to personally support the teaching effort of the "2012 Prophecy Fulfilled!"--please send your name and address to ibc_uhj@yahoo.com and we will send you business cards you can distribute in your teaching effort in your local area.

If you would like to support this teaching effort in the online promotion of blogging, etc., let us know.

On behalf of the BUPC Council,
PRESIDENT.
Neal.

BAHA'I CONSULTATION

BAHA'I CONSULTATION:

"Its only army is the love of God, its only joy the clear wine of His knowledge, its only battle the expounding of the Truth; its one crusade is against the insistent self, the evil promptings of the human heart. Its victory is to submit and yield, and to be selfless is its everlasting glory." ('Abdu'l-Baha)

"He who expresses an opinion should not voice it as correct and right but set it forth as a contribution to the consensus of opinion; for the light of reality becomes apparent when two opinions coincide." ('Abdu'l-Baha)

Dear Friends Firm in the Covenant and Striving in the Cause of God:

For every symbol we see a double usage.

For example Jesus has "the cup," chalice or holy grail (Mt. 26:27-28) in which is the wine of the "blood of the Covenant." In Revelation 18:6 it speaks of "the cup she hath filled" and of the "wine of fornication" (Rev 17:2 KJV). Revelation chapters 21:2 and chapter 12 speaks of the Maid of Heaven, "the woman" and "the bride;" whereas chapter 17 and 18 speak of "the harlot." Then there is the "mystery." The "Mystery of Babylon the Great" (Rev. 17:5); "Mystery of Iniquity" (2 Thess 2:7); and that of the "Mystery of the Kingdom" (Mark 4:11 KJV); and the "Mystery of Christ" (Eph. 3:4 ). In the Baha'i scriptures 'Abdu'l-Baha is entitled Sirru'llah--which is the "The Mystery of God".

In any case the same type of plurality of meanings for the symbols and imagery in the body of prophetic vision can be classified. Each symbol, sign, image, likeness, and comparison has its own mirror opposite as well as a great diversity of meaning and application in contexts and life's circumstances to be experience as the living WORD. This is why it is written:

"First of all you must understand this, that no prophecy of scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation, because no prophecy ever came by the impulse of man, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God" (1 Pet. 1:20-21 RSV). Footnote: "Other authorities read "moved by the Holy Spirit holy men of God spoke."

These prophetic symbols, signs, imagery, portents, visions are the comparisons and likenesses by which the soul is able to either ascend into the all highest paradise of his presence, or become entombed in the prison of the insistent-self from eternity to eternity.

Firmness in the Covenant, therefore implies lack of inferiority and absence of insecurity in the Covenant, that is, firmness implies a deep and profound sense of security in the Covenant, and in our relationship with God and in the Divine Confirmation of our receipt of our rays of the Holy Spirit. This breaks down when we find ourselves in stubborn opposition to Jesus in Jerusalem, Moses in Egypt, Muhammad in Mecca, Abraham in the fires of Ur of the Chaldees, and Baha'u'llah in Baghdad and upon Mt. Carmel. Thus in the kindness and mercy of God, and by His Essence of Humility, He does not prevent the people from opposing, killing, disputing, imprisoning, burning, shooting, stabbing, decapitating, poisoning, and crucifying His messengers; or even on that same path of opposition their own selves in war, poverty, ignorance, hatred, and the innumerable depravities of their own making. Such is the destructiveness of man and his insistent-self! The failure of Pharaoh, Caiaphas, Sufian, Nimrod, and Azal and many many more is the victory of the pure in heart, whose cool heads shall prevail coming together like crystal in the spirit of true consultation--meeting to solve the difficult problems of every day and age.

If we were all one and the same person than we would all have one and the same perspective, and we would have one and the same view, and one and the same opinion. If that is what God wanted than God would have created only one person. Instead God created over 6 billion people and more alive at present. Even in our receipt of our individual rays of the holy spirit we will still see the truth from our own unique different perspective from our own spiritual vantage point. This is why we are instructed by Shoghi Effendi to be RIGID in principle and FLEXIBLE in details.

Overall the female perspective is either suppressed or rejected and 'Abdu'l-Baha points out in some of his writings that some sects have even equated this with the manifestation of satan. On the other hand the male perspective should be open and accepting to hear out the female perspective in full. Unfortunately male and female perspectives are also symbolic on other levels, such as the first level where the male represents the material and the female represents the spiritual as "Adam" means "Red Earth" and "Eve" means "Mother of the Living." Thus we see today where a material domineering concept is used to control and shut down the expression of the spiritual society. In the name of "freedom" the Baha'is got rid of the guardianship of the throne-line of King David  and went outside of the Will and Testament to be free from it. This is because the Revelation of Baha'u'llah is of the Divine Feminine, being the Maid in Heaven that appeared to Baha'u'llah in his dream and in his vision (see God passes by page 100 ff).

Shoghi Effendi points out that the symbols of the awakening to Being are given in increasing degrees of spiritual comparisons of existence beginning with the mineral Kingdom with the breath of God upon the dust of the earth at the time of Adam; to the vegetable Kingdom of the bush that burns but is not consumed; to the animal kingdom of the Holy Spirit lightening upon Jesus like unto a dove; to the appearance of the man Gabriel of the human kingdom to the prophet Muhammad; finally culminating in its highest form of perfection and spirituality in the Revelation like unto the Maid of Heaven appearing to Baha'u'llah.

Before the appearance of Nimrod and Semiramis, the concept of the Maid of Heaven, the Veil of Isis, and many other names pre-existed the hijacking of the faith. The female symbols were then hijacked by Semiramis and the male symbols by Nimrod (see Hyslop, Two Babylons for more). This hijacking then effected the symbols, comparisons, and likenesses used by the succeeding Manifestations of God in the discharge of their particular Revelations and missions. Thus all the Divine Revelations of the world became hijacked by the same impulse of man. Statutes of Semiramis and baby Nimrod for example in Egypt and Babylon were renamed "Mary" and "Jesus." Thus the Spiritual of the true Faith fell from grace along with its adherents like the many stars from heaven, and the unorganized religion of God became the many organizations of unspiritual men. Thus the Spiritual of the religion of God fell from grace and became the carnal reductionalistic religion of man, that is, of Nimrod and Semiramis. These two people who violated the everlasting covenant for personal reasons of their own in various ways are two examples in the Adamic Cycle of how not to be, and of what not to do ("through one man [Nimrod] sin entered into the world"  Rom. 5:12). In either case they were the JEALOUS enemy of the throne-line because it was not to pass down through them and their family line. They are the historical embodiments and impoverished male and female archetypes of the insistent-self.

In the Koran it states that "God has exalted some of the prophets above the others and to David he gave the psalms" and again that "knowledge is a light that God casts in the heart of whom he willeth." We see this truth in the various Baha'i meetings and gatherings as God has exalted the messages, talks, presentations, and posts of some of the friends above the others; that are those imbued with the light of kindness, radiance of being. As a group we all need to arise to the point we are all as a pure polished mirror reflecting this light. In order to fulfill this mission in a group we have been given guidance to follow Baha'i consultation procedures.

The spiritual is not "freedom" for false ideas to triumph over the people, or for the loudest opinion of "might to make right." This is why it states that:

"For without are dogs [absence of frontal lobe usage, Hebrew; gentiles] and sorcerers [Greek: pharmakos--false medication prescriptions], and whoremongers [organized  religions of man selling Jesus Christ on the Cross for the all-mighty dollar], and murderers [those that kill the prophets--Rev 17:6; 18:24], and idolaters [insistent-self servers], and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie." (Rev. 22:14). These are all categories which impair the frontal lobe of the brain, attack or derail the intellect, arrest development in the spiritual, and prevent understanding:

"The wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but those who are wise shall understand." (Dan. 12:10 RSV)

The wise shall understand because they use their intellects to see the truth. The wicked are therefore those who refuse to use their intellect--and therefore refuse to see the truth. Therefore without using their intellect they are without understanding. They are outside understanding. They are outside of the Kingdom, for the Kingdom is a spiritual understanding of right thinking and right treatment of your neighbor that is then established on earth as it is in heaven. It is not the good things you do that get you in. It is the bad things you do that keep you out. Those that refuse to use their intellect think they are saved by Grace, because it is written that we are saved by grace and not works. That is true. It is not our good works that get us in. We are accepted in as a grace. But it is our bad works that kick us back out. They asked Paul about the forgiveness of sins, even as they asked Jesus. Paul said "You fool. Stop your sinning!". In other words when these wrong behaviors, wrong thinking, and wrong words are in the past, then we are no longer in our sins. By grace (literally "good-grace" which is eu-charist in Greek which is the Covenant of the bread and wine) our auras are then washed clean and made white. Thus it is not our good deeds that gets us in, it is our bad deeds that keep us out. The people have to clean up their act or perish as Jesus and 'Abdu'l-Baha have said, "a fruitless tree is fit for fire" and again "you will know them by their fruits." It is not your good fruits that get you in, but your bad fruits--or fruitless altogether--that keeps you out.

"O ye loved ones of God! In this, the Bahá'í dispensation, God's Cause is spirit unalloyed. His Cause belongeth not to the material world. It cometh neither for strife nor war, nor for acts of mischief or of shame; it is neither for quarrelling with other Faiths, nor for conflicts with the nations. Its only army is the love of God, its only joy the clear wine of His knowledge, its only battle the expounding of the Truth; its one crusade is against the insistent self, the evil promptings of the human heart. Its victory is to submit and yield, and to be selfless is its everlasting glory. In brief, it is spirit upon spirit:

"Unless ye must,
Bruise not the serpent in the dust,
How much less wound a man.
And if ye can,
No ant should ye alarm,
Much less a brother harm." ('Abdu'l-Baha: Selections)

"'Abdu'l-Bahá was once asked, 'What is Satan?' He replied in three words: 'The insistent self'." ('Abdu'l-Baha: Vignettes, 10)

"The vitality of men's belief in God is dying out in every land; nothing short of His wholesome medicine can ever restore it. The corrosion of ungodliness is eating into the vitals of human society; what else but the Elixir of His potent Revelation can cleanse and revive it? Is it within human power, O Hakím, to effect in the constituent elements of any of the minute and indivisible particles of matter so complete a transformation as to transmute it into purest gold? Perplexing and difficult as this may appear, the still greater task of converting satanic strength into heavenly power is one that We have been empowered to accomplish. The Force capable of such a transformation transcendeth the potency of the Elixir itself. The Word of God, alone, can claim the distinction of being endowed with the capacity required for so great and far-reaching a change." (Baha'u'llah: GL, XCIX)

These insistent selves--even as they physically mingle amongst the people--are without, because they are without UNDERSTANDING. They are outside of direct and immediate experience of the Kingdom. It is like a person when the punchline goes over their head. They just don't get it. If you have to explain it then it has none of the humour left in it. Thus even when they can "see it" they still didn't get it when it was happening. As the time is gone they missed the boat. Thus they are outside of the humour of it. "He who sits in heaven laughs" but "all the world is in derision" (Psalm 2)

Thus Revelation chapter 22 verse 14 lists several reasons why people don't get it, cannot understand it, and are numbed to the experience of it. In some of these cases listed it is because they don't want it for instead they "loveth and maketh a lie" and therefore they are "condemned already" (Jn. 3:18 RSV)

On the other hand this is why God sent His Manifestations and Guardians to help guide and educate the people to develop and cultivate that "inner reality" that God has engraved upon the soul of everyone.

"Veiled in My immemorial being and in the ancient eternity of My essence, I knew My love for thee: therefore I created thee, have engraved on thee Mine image and revealed to thee My beauty." (Baha'u'llah: HW 3 from the Arabic)

"O My servants! Could ye apprehend with what wonders of My munificence and bounty I have willed to entrust your souls, ye would, of a truth, rid yourselves of attachment to all created things, and would gain a true knowledge of your own selves -- a knowledge which is the same as the comprehension of Mine own Being." (Baha'u'llah: GL, CLIII)

"This other and inner reality is called the heavenly body, the ethereal form which corresponds to this body. This is the conscious reality which discovers the inner meaning of things, for the outer body of man does not discover anything. The inner ethereal reality grasps the mysteries of existence, discovers scientific truths and indicates their technical application. It discovers electricity, produces the telegraph, the telephone and opens the door to the world of arts. If the outer material body did this, the animal would likewise be able to make scientific and wonderful discoveries, for the animal shares with man all physical powers and limitations. What then is that power which penetrates the realities of existence and which is not to be found in the animal? It is the inner reality which comprehends things, throws light upon the mysteries of life and being, discovers the heavenly Kingdom, unseals the mysteries of God and differentiates man from the brute. Of this there can be no doubt." ('Abdu'l-Baha: Foundations, 109)

"Unless these divine bestowals be revealed from the inner self of humankind, the bounty of the Manifestation will prove barren, and the dazzling rays of the Sun of Truth will have no effect whatever."  (Abdu'l-Baha: Selections, 10)

But on the other hand is the idol of the insistent self"

"They that are the worshipers of the idol [of the insistent self] which their imaginations have carved, and who call it Inner Reality, such men are in truth accounted among the heathen. To this hath the All-Merciful borne witness in His Tablets. He, verily, is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise." (Baha'u'llah: GL, CLX)

The comparisons of the prophetic images are given so that we can overcome and transcend the insistent-self and enter within the true inner reality of the true self which is the same as the comprehension of God's "own Being" ((Baha'u'llah: GL, CLIII). The prophetic imagery and the comparisons such as "the cup," "the woman," and the "the mystery" and all the rest are there for the ascension of the self into  the higher and more refined grades of the soul and its immediate experience in the presence of God.

"He is indeed a true believer in the unity of God who, in this Day, will regard Him as One immeasurably exalted above all the comparisons and likenesses with which men have compared Him. He hath erred grievously who hath mistaken these comparisons and likenesses for God Himself." (Baha'u'llah: GL, CLX)

Therefore in all modes of Baha'i consultation we have this guide:

"The first condition is absolute love and harmony amongst the members of the assembly. They must be wholly free from estrangement and must manifest in themselves the Unity of God, for they are the waves of one sea, the drops of one river, the stars of one heaven, the rays of one sun, the trees of one orchard, the flowers of one garden. Should harmony of thought and absolute unity be non-existent, that gathering shall be dispersed and that assembly be brought to naught. The second condition: - They must when coming together turn their faces to the Kingdom on High and ask aid from the Realm of Glory. They must then proceed with the utmost devotion, courtesy, dignity, care and moderation to express their views. They must in every matter search out the truth and not insist upon their own opinion, for stubbornness and persistence in one's views will lead ultimately to discord and wrangling and the truth will remain hidden. The honoured members must with all freedom express their own thoughts, and it is in no wise permissible for one to belittle the thought of another, nay, he must with moderation set forth the truth" ('Abdu'l-Baha, Adminstration, 22)

"The purpose is to emphasize the statement that consultation must have for its object the investigation of truth. He who expresses an opinion should not voice it as correct and right but set it forth as a contribution to the consensus of opinion; for the light of reality becomes apparent when two opinions coincide." ('Abdu'l-Baha: Promulgation, 72-73)

"The shining spark of truth cometh forth only after the clash of differing opinions."('Abdu'l-Baha: Administration, 22)

This is the Judgement:

"And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one who does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.  But he who does what is true comes to the light, that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been wrought in God." (THE LIGHT VERSE John 3:19-21 RSV)

Thus God separates the servants from the servants as it is written:

"Iniquity must come but woe betide him by whom it comes!"

The remover of this difficulty?

"Is there any remover of difficulties save God? Say: Praised be God! He is God! All are His servants. And all abide by His bidding!"

An again: "All the forces of the universe, in the last analysis serve the Covenant"

"but woe betide him by whom it comes"

Thus while the believers arise to the CALL to assemble in Local, National, and International  Council our world now marches into WAR!

Guardian on behalf of the Council,

Neal Chase.

OPEN HOUSE GATHERING 2012

When the victory arriveth, every man shall profess himself asbeliever and shall hasten to the shelter of God's Faith. Happy are they who inthe days of world-encompassing trials have stood fast in the Cause and refusedto swerve from its Truth -- Baha'u'llah (Gleanings,CL)

OPEN HOUSE GATHERING 2012

This coming Ridvan2012 marks the 100th anniversary of the coming of 'Abdu'l-Baha to the United States of America in 1912. The main events are scheduled on the two weekends of Saturday April 21, Saturday & Sunday April 28 &29, 2012. The Center will be open in the Ridvan weekdays during regular evening hours 7:00 until 10:00 pm. Daytime afternoon schedules by appointment only.

Man is the supreme Talisman. Lack of a proper education hath, however, deprived himof that which he doth inherently possess. -- Baha'u'llah (Gleanings, CXXII)

The Truth of the Revelation of Baha'u'llah is to advance every individual upon their individual path. By advancing the individual--via education--this exponentially advances society into the spiritual: as society is made up of individuals who participate in the GROUP. The group is the entire human race. There is no such thing as the lone-wolf. The Education comes from the School. The school is organized with faculty, teachers, administration, and students. Everyone participating are all students on different levels of spiritual advancement as adepts, guides and servants--the more deepened, educated, and active they become, the more responsibilities they wish to take upon themselves in their love for God in both this world and the next. It is not to be like the sans-guardian or other mainstream organizations that have attempted to "organize"religion or the spiritual. In reality the spiritual cannot be organized.

Baha'u'llah brings this University Education in spirituality and religion by giving the people the right via the Charter (W&T) of the Covenant to setup the School on earth and establish the Government of this school--centered on the throne of King David, who is the dean and president of the College--to manage its material affairs for the international community of spiritual people.

This is what Baha'u'llah has revealed in His Covenant which sets the Davidic UHJ over matters of state where matters of worship are between the individual and the book (see 8th Ishraqat). This foundation and bedrock of the Kingdom is individual spiritual and personal direct and immediate religious experience between each soul and its Maker. This personal experience of the divine is sacrosanct, and is not to be thwarted by any person, group or so-called institution. In this effort to keep the Baha'i faith as unorganized with no one over the spiritual 'Abdu'l-Baha's son, Charles Mason Remey Aghsan, the first President of the Universal House of Justice (www.UHJ.net) and Knight of Baha'u'llah, Dr. Leland Jensen, the establisher of the Baha'i faith sacrificed their wealth, time and ultimately their very lives--so that we who live today could be free from the rampant violation of spiritual liberty and the oppression of our personal rights.

For this reason America was chosen as the battle ground for this fight to establish the free and open society of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven, the Shambhala of the Buddhist prophecies of the East, the New Jerusalem of the hopes, dreams and aspirations of the West, the Golden Age, and New Atlantis, envisioned by the philosophers, saints and prophets of all days and ages gone by and still yet to come!

America's Spiritual Destiny--as indicated by the Great Pyramid upon the Great Seal on the back of the US one dollar bill--is unfolding before all our eyes as the war on terror progresses, and the MEANING of the visit of 'Abdu'l-Baha, the Most Great Branch (Zech. 3:8KJV), Exemplar of the Baha'i faith, and Center of the Covenant to Colorado is made known! Here 'Abdu'l-Baha himself established the snow-white spot where the Arc of the Covenant was prophesied to enter His Rest (Heb. 3:18 & 4:1) his day in Colorado the only day he Rested in his 239 day journey.

Baha'u'llah defines this personal experience of each soul with God as they understand Him as"Unity in Diversity." In the United States, others like William James's noetic pluralism (read "The Variety of Religious Experience"for more) and AA's Bill Wilson (The Big Book) "God as we understand him" (http://www.godasweunderstandhim.org/overview.html) uphold this same divine principle in the modern times. Thus in a true spiritually based society, school, environment and civilization individual spiritual liberty and personal rights must be upheld and understood. My rights end where the next persons rights begin. This rightful limitation based upon the golden rule--do unto others as you would they do unto you--is the foundational spiritual law, ordinance and teaching of God Almighty found Universally among all the peoples and traditions (http://uhj.net/the-golden-rule.html) that separates the human being from the animal:

Know ye that the embodiment of liberty and its symbol is the animal. That which beseemeth man is submission unto such restraints [the Golden Rules is such a restraint] as will protect him from his own ignorance, and guard him against the harm of the mischief-maker. Baha'u'llah (Gleanings, CLIX)

When human beings violate this spiritual law, they become worse than the animal--as we see played out in the world events and the tragedy of local dramas every day. As long as banksters, soulless corporate "persons," the presitcraft, and oil and war mongers are allowed their FREEDOM to run amok things will continue to degrade into an even darker condition then you see played out today. It takes only one single flame to light a room, one candle to the light the way. If you want the darkness out of the room can you beat it out with a stick? No! You turn on the light. This switch is within you own self. Turn it on, and march foreword, light your own way, and ignite the flame in all whom you meet!

The Triplets

Nasrudin's wife was pregnant and due to give birth anyday.

One night, as they both slept, she turned to him and said, "Husband, the baby is coming."

And on her saying so, Nasrudin lit a candle and watched his newborn baby come out.

But minutes later, he watched as yet another baby come out. And just minutes after that, he watched his wife give birth to a third child.

Finally, after seeing three babies, Nasrudin blew out the candle.

"Why did you do that?" asked his wife.

"Well," said Nasrudin, "while the light was on, one child was born, and then another, and then another. If I had kept it on, who knows how many more there would be!"

Civilization was meant to be the eternal light of the divine channel through which the blessings of God can flow. Blessings such as, agriculture, industry, modern conveniences, the internet, enjoyable education, social and economic justice, clean environment, supermarkets, clothing manufacture, sports, recreational activities, space travel, scuba diving, the iPad, equal opportunity, self-determination, the expression of freewill and creativity, the cessation of wars, poverty, and other ills, and the facilitation of communion and fellowship as citizens of the world free from oppression, nationalism restrictions, religious and racial prejudiced, and hate.

On the other hand Baha'u'llah warns:

Whoso cleaveth to justice, can, under no circumstances, transgress the limits of moderation. He discerneth the truth in all things, through the guidance of Him Who is the All-Seeing. The civilization, so often vaunted by the learned exponents of arts and sciences, will, if allowed to overleap the bounds of moderation, bring great evil upon men. Thus warneth you He Who is the All-Knowing. If carried to excess, civilization will prove as prolific a source of evil as it had been of goodness when kept within the restraints of moderation. Meditate on this, O people, and be not of them that wander distraught in the wilderness of error. The day is approaching when its flame will devour the cities, when the Tongue of Grandeur will proclaim: "The Kingdom is God's, the Almighty, the All-Praised!" (Gleanings, CLXIV)

The living guardian,as one of the believers, guards the faith against being organized by usurpers such as the clergy in every day and age or the "Hands." The guardian and the Institution of the UHJ of which he is the executive branch(W&T, p. 15) and irremovable member and head for life are NOT over the spiritual. This is where all the other people have gone wrong, come out from under the Covenant which forbids the spiritual to be organized, and separated the Gathering of the People of the Light (Baha means "Light", W&T, p. 11) from associating with the living descendant of King David who is Jewish. As the people wake up and see the benefits of entering into the School, the future generations of graduates and Alumni will solve all the difficult problems of the world in every day and age.

However it is the hearts, minds, and souls of the INDIVIDUAL that must change first. This change is via education into the divine reality hidden and concealed within the soul of everyone. Like a seed that needs water and sunlight to grow, the people of the light need to find their niche in the Garden Paradise where the sun, water and soil best benefits themselves. Outside of that pure garden land are nothing but rocks, hardened soil, dried river beds, and spiritual death. In that garden the free soul will commune with their own divine nature, with that of all the saints, and obtain the reunion of God promised and prophesied to occur in all the books and revelations of the world.

SELECTION FOR THE MONTH OF ALA'/ LOFTINESS

TO THE BELIEVERS OF GOD AND THE MAID-SERVANTS OF THE MERCIFUL OF THE BAHÁ'Í ASSEMBLIES IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA: Upon them be Bahá'u'lláh El-Abhá!
HE IS GOD!
O ye apostles of Bahá'u'lláh,—May my life be a ransom to you!
The blessed Person of the Promised One is interpreted in the Holy Book as the Lord of Hosts, i.e., the heavenly armies. By heavenly armies those souls are intended who are entirely freed from the human world, transformed into celestial spirits and have become divine angels. Such souls are the rays of the Sun of Reality who will illumine all the continents. Each one is holding in his hand a trumpet, blowing the breath of life over all the regions. They are delivered from human qualities and the defects of the world of nature, are characterized with the characteristics of God, and are attracted with the fragrances of the Merciful. Like unto the apostles of Christ, who were filled with Him, these souls also have become filled with His Holiness Bahá'u'lláh, i.e., the love of Bahá'u'lláh has so mastered every organ, part and limb of their bodies, as to leave no effect by the promptings of the human world.
These souls are the armies of God and the conquerors of the East and the West. Should one of them turn his face toward some direction and summon the people to the Kingdom of God, all the ideal forces and lordly confirmations will rush to his support and reinforcement. He will behold all the doors open and all the strong fortifications and impregnable castles razed to the ground. Singly and alone he will attack the armies of the world, defeat the right and left wings of the hosts of all the countries, break through the lines of the legions of all the nations and carry his attack to the very center of the powers of the earth. This is the meaning of the Hosts of God.
Any soul from among the believers of Bahá'u'lláh who attains to this station, will become known as the Apostle of Bahá'u'lláh. Therefore strive ye with heart and soul—so that ye may reach this lofty and exalted position, be established on the throne of everlasting glory, and crown your heads with the shining diadem of the Kingdom, whose brilliant jewels may irradiate upon centuries and cycles.
O ye kind friends! Uplift your magnanimity and soar high toward the apex of heaven—so that your blessed hearts may become illumined more and more, day by day, through the Rays of the Sun of Reality, i.e., His Holiness Bahá'u'lláh; at every moment the spirits may obtain a new life, and the darkness of the world of nature may be entirely dispelled—thus ye may become incarnate light and personified spirit, become entirely unaware of the sordid matters of this world and in touch with the affairs of the divine world.
Consider ye what doors His Holiness Bahá'u'lláh has opened before you, and what a high and exalted station He has destined for you, and what bounties He has prepared for you! Should we become intoxicated with this cup, the sovereignty of this globe of earth will become lower in our estimation than the children's plays. Should they place in the arena the crown of the government of the whole world, and invite each one of us to accept it, undoubtedly we shall not condescend, and shall refuse to accept it.
To attain to this supreme station is, however, dependent on the realization of certain conditions.
The first condition is firmness in the Covenant of God. For the power of the Covenant will protect the Cause of Bahá'u'lláh from the doubts of the people of error. It is the fortified fortress of the Cause of God and the firm pillar of the religion of God. Today no power can conserve the oneness of the Bahá'í world save the Covenant of God; otherwise differences like unto a most great tempest will encompass the Bahá'í world. It is evident that the axis of the oneness of the world of humanity is the power of the Covenant and nothing else. Had the Covenant not come to pass, had it not been revealed from the Supreme Pen and had not the Book of the Covenant, like unto the ray of the Sun of Reality, illuminated the world, the forces of the Cause of God would have been utterly scattered and certain souls who were the prisoners of their own passions and lusts would have taken into their hands an axe, cutting the root of this Blessed Tree. Every person would have pushed forward his own desire and every individual aired his own opinion! Notwithstanding this great Covenant, a few negligent souls galloped with their chargers into the battlefield, thinking perchance they might be able to weaken the foundation of the Cause of God: but praise be to God, all of them were afflicted with regret and loss, and ere long they shall see themselves in poignant despair. Therefore, in the beginning one must make his steps firm in the Covenant—so that the confirmations of Bahá'u'lláh may encircle from all sides, the cohorts of the Supreme Concourse may become the supporters and the helpers, and the exhortations and advices of `Abdu'l-Bahá, like unto the pictures engraved on stone, may remain permanent and ineffaceable in the tablets of the hearts.

('Abdu'l-Baha', Baha'i World Faith, Pp. 424-426)

"How great, how very great is the Cause! How fierce the onslaught of all the peoples and kindreds of the earth. Ere long shall the clamor of the multitudes throughout Africa, throughout America, the cry of the European and of the Turk, the groaning of India and China be heard from far and near. One and all, they shall arise with all their power to resist His Cause. Then shall the knights of the Lord, assisted by His grace from on high, strengthened by faith, aided by the power of understanding, and reinforced by the legions of the Covenant, arise and make manifest the truth of the verse: 'Behold the confusion that hath befallen the tribes of the defeated!'"

('Abdu'l-Baha, World Order of Baha'u'llah, by Shoghi Effendi, p. 17).

APRIL 2012 INTERNATIONAL BAHA’I GATHERING

Dear All,

This April 11, 2012 marks the 100 years commemoration of ‘Abdu’l-Baha’s visit to the United States of America. ‘Abdu’l-Baha landed in New York City via the S.S. Cedric on April 11, 1912 making April 21 to May 2, 1912 his first Ridvan celebration in the United states.

This Ridvan 2012 therefore represents the culmination of this 100 years period.

In honor of this occasion, and in coordination wither prophetic Mayan Calendar prophecies for 2012, we have decided to welcome all the friends, and everyone and anyone they would like to bring along with them, to join us here at the International Center In Colorado this RIDVAN 2012.

The dates for our Open House will be Friday April 20 through May 2, 2012.

People are welcome to come for either of the two weekends in which key note presentations and spiritual workshops are to be planned. This will be Saturday and Sunday April, 21 and 22; and Saturday and Sunday April 28 and 29. People are also welcome to come for the entire period especially if travelling from overseas.

We will have a group living accommodations at the Baha'i Center offices during that period--with priority going to international travelers. Also some of the friends may be willing to open up their homes during this period to other out of town guests. There are also hotels and lodging in the near area in the local towns of Paonia, Hotchkiss, Delta, and Montrose, Colorado.

We hope that everyone will at least be able to come for one of the weekend events.

For people traveling long distances from overseas, as well as within the US, we hope this timely announcement provides sufficient time in order to make travel arrangements.

For more information please contact the Council at ibc_uhj@yahoo.com. Or e-mail your phone number and times at which you would like to have a phone conference chat, and we will call you from the Center to speak about the logistics of this 2012 Open House Gathering.

CHINVAT NEWSLETTER.

Dear Friends,

A New year's Greeting to all this Winter season! Traditionally two new years celebrations were held one in the spring and the other in the Winter. These difference were due to the teachings of the Manifestations of God that appeared in ancient times and before the coming of Jesus Christ. Early Christians celebrated the first day of spring as the new year, March 21, and later moved their New Year to the anniversary of the circumcision of baby Jesus on the 8th day after his birth in December on X-Mas day. Denis the little established this date as January 1--the 8th day from X-Mas--on the Western Calendar, that is now the modern Gregorian system. Investigation into the different ethnic and spiritual traditions of the world reveals a common theme of calendars and prophetic systems including the Yuga, Egyptian, Greek, Babylonian, Roman, Hebrew, Chinese, and Mayan calendars.

These calendars were established as prophetic schedules pertaining to God and His Manifestations--the great world teaches--that are, and were, to come and educate all humanity into the Divine Reality. Thus each was charged with a specific mission and specific task for special purpose and specific peoples. Of the thousands and thousands of these innumerable teachers send into this world, Seven of these were foretold as Universal Manifestations of God inaugurating the advent of New Universal Cycles of consciousness. All of the Universal Cycles are timed in accordance with massive earth changes, social upheavals, economic collapse and transformation, great wars, and other cataclysmic and comic disasters (see Immanuel Velikovsky, for more). Baha'u'llah reveals: "When calamity exists in the greatest degree rejoice and be exceedingly glad for these are the blessings and favors of God!"

The first four Universal Manifestations--Primordial Teachers--established the previous ancient civilizations that have been totally obliterated before the advent of this Adamic Cycle Cycle circa 4000 BC. Known by Many different names, such as Zydyk, Manu, Anu, Atman, the Biblical Adam, is the fifth Universal Global Teacher, Jesus Christ is the sixth, and Baha'u'llah is the seventh Universal Manifestation in planetary history. Today, therefore, we have the culmination of these various systems, such as the 6000 Years Adamic cycle in 2001 AD in September correlated with the prophetic Pyramid Chronology as explained by David Davidson, as well as the Mayan Calendar according to the Palenque Count. Today in 2012, is the culmination of the Mayan Calendar Aztec Count, December 21, 2012.

2012 is the 100 years anniversary of the coming of 'Abdu'l-Baha to the United Sates of America. 'Abdu'l-Baha landed in New York City, the City of the Covenant on April, 11, 2012, disembarking from the SS Cedric. After his arrival they asked him why he refused to ride on the Titanic and how he knew. He explained that they wrote upon it, "the ship that God couldn't sink" so He sank it.

Today the New world order people think we have the civilization that even God can't sink. Thus we are all in the same boat. It is our job to educate the people, and provide guidance for the necessary change that needs to take place. As long as our culture is moving away from this harmful attitude we will remain protected within this new spiritual culture, and the outer society at large that defends its existence and right to exist. To the extent that this new culture of the oneness of humanity is fragmented by meaningless dissension--by these spiritual principles--it will falter and fail. The spiritual principles of solidarity and firmness in the Covenant are destined to win out over the forces of tyranny and darkness. Love and light will prevail. All the mischief makers will be humiliated and effaced.. the political distractions and smokescreens will dissipate and no longer engross and distract the hearts and minds of the misguided media. The people will find focus in God. Refuge in God and solace in God. Materialism will fade, and spiritual and divine civilization will prevail! Science and Art and technology will reach new unimagined heights. The hidden potential of the people will be released from the chains of ignorance and malaise. Success and self-respect, and value of life and the lives of others, will become forefront. War will cease and cooperation will be established.

This New Year. 2012 signifies the year of the Bab alpha-numerically:: 2-1-2, B-A-B. (a=1,b=2). This is the great opening of the Great Gate in which it is written "and the Temple in Heaven was opened!" (Rev. 11:19). It signifies the opening of the 12 Gates of the spiritual and everlasting City of the New Jerusalem, the City of the Covenant, through which the faithful unto God enter by troops into the Kingdom of Eternal Light! It signifies the onward efforts of the Hidden College, the great work of the servants of light, and the "strange act" (Is. 28:21-22) God prophecies He will perform in His establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.

Today the signs of God are manifest within the world and within our very own selves.
