 We Condemn the Unjustified Court Case Against the BUPC Baha’is

We, BUPC Baha’is of India, condemn the frivolous suit and the other ridiculous and unfounded attempts to defame us or forestall teaching efforts. It is yet another attempt to shut down our Baha’i websites and restrict our public internet teaching effort (see file attached).

While the teachings of Bahaullah are based on justice, Universal House of justice  leaves no opportunity to scuttle efforts of other sects of Baha’is.

As a reminder, on previous such attempts, the fake UHJ has been defeated three times in court {at WIPO 2005: http://www.bupc.org/wipo/wipo-press-release.html) and in the United States Federal Court of the 7th circuit and upheld in the US 7th circuit Federal Court of Appeal in the year 2010 (https://cite.case.law/f3d/628/837/)}. UHJ has not learnt from the past and dares to be humiliated fourth time.

We appeal to all justice loving people of the world to condemn this un-democratic attempt of Heterodox Baha’is, who leave no stone unturned to criticize various countries like Iran, Iraq, India, Korea etc for persecuting the Baha’is, while they themselves are treating the other sects of Baha’is with intimidation of court cases. The UHJ is over-confident of its money and muscle power and think it can get away with anything and everything. Alas, their assessment is at grave error.

Every such attempt only helps us to further serve our united global educational teaching efforts, and fan the flames of the love of God in the hearts, minds and souls of all the peoples of the world

Within the world of being exists a Mighty Power and Supreme Potency. The Direction of its unity is recognized through Prophecy fulfilled. The Prophecy of God is very little understood by the people of the world. It is the most difficult of all subjects to study, learn, understand, let alone to master and become fully comprehensive. This is why the majority of clergy in both the East and the West, in Judaism, Christianity and Islam avoid this topic almost altogether. Almost all Christian ministers avoid the topic of the Book of Revelation completely.



However, this subject of the Prophecy Fulfilled is probably the most import aspect of Religion and Spirituality to seek to understand. It is through the fulfillment of prophecy that we are able to recognize and have scientific criteria for identifying the promised ones that God sends into our world for guidance, education, safety security and salvation of the people. Thus Jesus Christ, Muhammad, the Bab and Bahaullah for example, all fulfill Bible prophecy by their respective prophesied Names, prophesied Dates, prophesied addresses and prophesied Missions. It is the credentials of Prophecy that these Ones sent by God fulfill.



The prophecy of God (contained in all the Holy Books and Divine Traditions, including the Bible and the Quran) also includes the warnings of the coming catastrophes due to the error, folly and sometimes willful corruptions of man. The Promised Ones are sent to lead and guide the people out of these disasters, so that the people can avoid these catastrophes. That is why these catastrophes are prophesied of – so that God should give us forewarning to seek the Promised Ones and to avoid the calamities, especially those of our own making.



In this regard the Book of Revelation, the Bible and the Quran in particular, all depict graphically a world war, a world crisis between the East and the West, between the mainstream Christian and the mainstream Islamic cultures, values and world views. This is depicted to entangle the people of the world in a crises over BOTH oil and religion. It is also prophesied that God will send to the people of the world at this prophesied time, a living descendant of King David seated upon Davids throne who will have a very Special Message from God to deliver: that if the people accept this message these catastrophes will be averted, and if not, one third of mankind is prophesied to perish in one hour of thermonuclear war, with every American city population over 100,000 or more to be killed (http://entrybytroops.org/revelation16.html).



Now in the midst of this Ridvan 2011, and in the POST 9-11 World of today, differences of opinion, conspiracy theories, doubts and confusion have increased exponentially. Economic forces and crises have combined along with terror attacks to the point the truth of the verse Behold the confusion that has befallen the tribes of the defeated” is fulfilled in this very day.



Therefore we are guided by God through Bahaullah and the legal Davidic successorship delineated in His Covenant (www.UHJ.net) not to focus our gaze on the direction of the difference that are apparent therein (conspiracies theories and false flags), but to focus our gaze upon the “Direction of Its Unity” – the unity of the Mighty Power and Supreme Potency hidden and concealed in the world of being.



This direction is the clear understanding a unity of objective understanding of the reality of Prophecy fulfilled.



A prophecy is a promise from God. God never makes a promise but that He keeps it!



The following attachments and documents get into one aspect of Prophecy fulfilled regarding the role of killing of Usama b. Laden as well as that of Saddam Hussein in order to give a glimpse into some of the deeper meanings Hidden and Concealed within the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ in particular.



The hope of this letter is that all people will be FREE from the clutter in their minds to eventually be able to have their third eye open to be able to see into all these prophesies fulfilled with their own eyes and not through the eyes of their neighbor.
