TO THE FAITHFUL AND FIRM BAHA’I COMMUNITY OF INDIA AND ALL THE BAHA’IS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE COVENANT THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
Dear Beloved Friends!
Though we are fallible, our faith is infallible. Though we are imperfect, our faith is perfect. This is because our faith is not of ourselves, but it originates from God, the source of all infallibility and the source of all perfection.
Now the faith of men is imperfect, for man’s understanding of God is imperfect. And the religion of men is imperfect because the religion of men is not the same thing as the religion of God. In confusing these two, many have fallen, and are no longer with us today, but many, many more, have been resurrected from the power of death by the irresistible power of life, that is the regenerating power of the Covenant passed down through the throne-line of King David, from Baha’u’llah to ‘Abdu’l-Baha and thence to the true UHJ (body and head both) of which the Davidic Kingship is one fallible member as are all the rest of his fallible co-members.
Thus while these are all fallible members of the UHJ, the decisions of this UHJ (head and body both) are “freed from all error” (Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha (W&T), p. 14). These decisions are freed from all error, because the members firstly know they are the fallible members and thus they are free from the error of arrogance and false aggrandizement, where men imagine themselves to be more than men, though essentially human, they craved a “station above their station” (Tablet of the Holy Mariner) to be even above God (Is. Ch. 14).
Consider two fallible rods, one of wood and one of iron. From the wood comes carbon and combined with iron in a dry cell comes the form of the battery. From this combination in perfect proportion and harmony, a chemical reaction is produced and electricity flows, which is called the current. So these component parts, none of which in and of themselves produce the flow of current, but when combined and assembled in the perfect combination and form, provides this mysterious and important effect.
So the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net), organized correctly under the provisions of the Covenant, with the living Davidic king as the irremovable member for life, produces this stimulating current, even as the ark of Moses produced a similar physical and spiritual effect. Thus, its symbolism as “GOLD” – gold representing the power of the sun, light and heat, and the electromagnetic force, the stimulation of the etheric substance produced.
“And in this present cycle, because it is the mightiest of Dispensations, that rod grown out of the vegetable kingdom [wood symbolizing the rod of David of the genealogy of the throne-line of Davidic Kings growth and reproduction appointed head of the UHJ (W&T, p. 14)] and that rod of iron [the elected members of the Council] will be transformed into a rod of purest gold [infallible] , taken from out the endless treasure houses in the Kingdom of the Lord. By this rod [of the Covenant of gold] will the people be trained.” (‘Abdu'l-Baha, Selections, pp. 166-167)
So we have it that the rod of wood (Davidic kingship – a genealogy of growth and reproduction) is united with the rod of iron (extracted from ore through an intellectual process – the elected body of believers that are of magnetic potential) forms the infallible rod of Gold – the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u’llah (head and body both). Such is the symbology of Ezekiel chapter 37 as well as that of ‘Abdu’l-Baha in explaining the true nature of the Covenant. Outward forms and symbols must be used to express abstract concepts.
So this Council in following the divine plan, and express text of the Covenant, follows the utmost precautions, according to Baha’i consultation, the 5 step process of Shoghi Effendi and the rules of Parliamentary procedure, to continually search for errors, and to remove these errors from our understanding and our decision making process. This also includes errors that influence and derogatorily affect society and individuals at large. This is similar to the methodology of what science does today. One thousand things may be shown to validate some proof, but one contradiction unravels that claim. Therefore, as scientists educated into the Covenant of Baha’u’llah, the members of the UHJ, as a college of divine physicians sent to heal this world, look for the contradictions, the anomaly, the careful measure of what doesn’t jibe or fit, and turning to God, these members are abjured to beseech Him, the Infinite Invisible Essence that created the universe and everything in it, and have faith – not a blind faith – but a faith based upon proof, that the incarnation of the logos, the thought of God in the Supreme Manifestation of Baha’u’llah is unfailingly assuring, that they shall be inspirited rightly by whatsoever He wisheth, and thus the current flow of divine guidance, over all matters of state (8th Ishraq) shall be continued to be given from God Himself unto men - not from the guardian/president, nor by fallible men and women on this Council, but from the Infallible Source of Reality – fallible men and women guided to righteousness by the infallible and unerring guidance of God.
“It is incumbent upon the Trustees of the House of Justice [head and body both] to take counsel together regarding those things which have not outwardly been revealed in the Book, and to enforce that which is agreeable to them. God will verily inspire them with whatsoever He willeth, and He, verily, is the Provider, the Omniscient.” (Baha'u'llah, Tablets, p. 68)
May our ever-advancing knowledge and understanding progress in the world of perfection, from perfection to ever-increasing perfection, and may we be protected from the arrogance of error, the onslaught of the insincere and unfaithful, and from others that have claimed to be “Baha’i” but are not, and have arrogated to themselves the powers and stations that He Himself declared is even above His own station, as well as above that of God Himself, in the prophetical Tablet of the Holy Mariner, in which the “burning meteor” shall drive them out!
“They have desired to ascend unto that state which the Lord hath ordained to be above their stations… Whereupon the burning meteor cast them out from them that abide in the Kingdom of His Presence, Glorified be my Lord, the All-Glorious!
“And they heard the Voice of Grandeur raised from behind the unseen pavilion upon the Height of Glory:… ‘O guardian angels! Return them to their abode in the world below… Inasmuch as they have purposed to rise to that sphere which the wings of the celestial dove have never attained’; Glorified be my Lord, the All-Glorious!” (Baha’u’llah, Tablet of the Holy Mariner)
Friends! One of the reasons for this current state of affairs throughout the Baha’i world today (sans-Guardian by majority and to some extent the other of the 7 Rites http://www.uhj. net/bahai- faith-history. html) is that under the direction of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” their puppet headless “UHJ” was expressly directed by them to allow the masses of the people to come into their “fold” without being converted or even informed to the least to the provisions of the Holy Covenant of Baha’u’llah (Kitab-i-Ahd) and the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.
Ruhiyyih Khanum, in her own words confesses that she counted on the masses being attracted to the 12 Principles of the Baha’i Faith, such as the Oneness of Humanity and World Unity, along with being absolutely ignorant of the Covenant and without ever receiving even one glimpse of the texts of the Covenant or ever even seeing the document of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha. Innumerable stories from uncountable dissenters/survivor s from that Violating Headless “UHJ” and false covenant-breaking Organization testify to this perfidy of the corrupt “Hands” led by Ruhiyyih Khanum. Thus after 1960, especially in the county of India, mass amounts of spiritually oriented people came into the sans-Guardian Baha’i fold, never even suspecting that Ruhiyyih and the group had murdered Shoghi Effendi in London in 1957 and hijacked the Baha’i world center for their own empowerment and aggrandizement.
From a published talk of Ruhiyyih Khanum in 1964 entitled “Simultaneous Process of Expansion and Consolidation” (see below) sent to me recently by one of the loyal friends with comments and clarifications in brackets, Ruhiyyih Khanum outlines her scheme to allow for the masses to come in without conversion to the Covenant of Baha’u’llah and without reading or even being informed to the slightest of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha which is the CHARTER of the Kingdom (World Order of Baha’u’llah (WOB), p. 144) and thus rejecting the true UHJ with the Davidic King as its president that Shoghi Effendi himself set up, within his own lifetime (W&T, p. 12) on January 9, 1951 with the aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha as its first president, the “sacred head and irremovable member for life of that body” (W&T, p. 14) who was succeeded by his son, the grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha; and now myself as the first great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha.
Thus the masses of people had the wool pulled over their eyes, just as Ruhiyyih Khanum anticipated, while at the same time, she also conjured to allow for the rise of a new “pseudo – intellectual satanic elite”, which she called the “cream” that was to rise to the top, who then upon being confronted with her Violation of the Covenant would sell their souls for earthly rewards and incentives to become the loyal new “clergy class” enforcers of oppression of the theology of the Violation of the “Hands”.
Others of those ranks seeing the corruption – but for whatever reasons refusing to go along with it – would be as easily marginalized and expelled from her main fold of the “Hand’s-Faith” as Ruhiyyih and her fellow “Hands” were able to marginalize and expel the adopted aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha from out of their midst in the switcheroo of labeling those who were firm in the Covenant as “Covenant-breakers” and have the masses shun the legitimate and legally appointed aghsan successorship as well as the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah (www.UHJ.net) established and active in the world today!!!
As their scheme worked so well – to have the masses (who were already Baha’i prior to the passing of Shoghi Effendi) shun the aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and his loyal supporters, the Baha’is that remained firm under the provisions of the Covenant (see www.entrybytroops. org for more) – they figured it would be even easier to trick the unsuspecting and the unawares of their “new converts”. But now that 40 years time has passed on by, they have been proven to be wrong. For those she put down as “unsuspecting dupes” raised their children under her Violation, and their children have read the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, searched BUPC.org and UHJ.net, see the genealogy of Baha’u’llah back to King David of the throne-line of Kings, and having heard the piper at the gates of dawn, have come back unto God, and accepted the true UHJ with the Davidic King as its president by which we are all able to recognize the true Universal House of Justice of Baha’u’llah from fakes, frauds, and imitations, and thus bring peace through justice to the world.
They, having possession of the material Baha’i properties and original physical writings, were arrogant in their hi-jacking – even as Muhammad-Ali and his party of “loyal Baha’is” (see “Master’s Last Tablet to America” attached) held the keys to Bahji and stole all the original writings of Baha’u’llah away from ‘Abdu’l-Baha that were kept in two sealed trunks left to the Master by Baha’u’llah Himself. So now also, these ones – Ruhiyyih and the Hands and those who followed them – were able for a short while, to repeat the violation of Yahya and Muhammad-Ali and temporarily gain the allegiance and support of the unsuspecting masses, and cull out a corrupt theologian clergy class die-hard loyal to their violation centered in Haifa. Those “literati” that wouldn’t go along with their scheme were expelled, forced to resign, or simply “lump it”, or for other reasons leave the group, thus decapitating the Baha’i world of the academia Shoghi Effendi was attempting to raise up for Baha’i Studies within his own lifetime. Only an elect few of which, due to their own personal experience, are gifted by God to be able to consort with the living Guardian in person, or any of those who remain firm in the Covenant today. Thus, the poison of violation, thwarting the rest from association, communion and fellowship – cutting them off from the key information they need to complete their personal work.
Today the majority of “true Baha’is” loyal to the current living Davidic King and the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net) have rudely awakened to find themselves trapped within the meshes of their violating society which spans the globe. Only slowly yet surely, like the little leaven that leavens the whole lump, have they been able to move forward and succeed and find their fellow staunch supporters in the Covenant at this time, like those trapped in a German Concentration Camp in World War II, they are forced to speak with careful wisdom in following the instructions of ‘Abdu’l-Baha in His will, in order not to jeopardize their own living situation, by calling attention of the slave masters and boards of protection, that in the similitude of J.R.R. Tolken were designed to turn the pure of heart “elves of light” into twisted orcs, unable to re-enter the light of day.
“Caution and prudence, however, must be observed even as recorded in the Book. The veil must in no wise be suddenly rent asunder.” (W&T, p. 25)
Thus in the last 9 years, since the 9-11 event, which we accurately predicted, and the projection of the true successorship named in the Covenant and the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, the people have been able to roll back the violation, through re-dedicating themselves to every single provision of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha; and, therefore God Himself, through the power of the Holy Spirit channeled through the instrumentality of the Covenant today, has allowed for pure souls to find one another and to be in congregation once again, from communities all throughout the world via the promulgation of the world wide web, which has allowed this phenomenon to transpire (take place), in “the twinkling of an eye”.
The real situation is not the vastness of the numbers of those under the provisions of the Covenant today, the 144,000, but in fact their minority relationship to that of the Mainstream worldwide population under the spell of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the violation of the “Hands.” One hundred and forty-four thousand (144,000) compared to 6 to 10 million worldwide, is only a large enough number that if all these were to be outed and exposed, would result in their immediate personal destruction of life and livelihood; and for what useful end and for what purpose? The faithful have already been attacked and/or jailed in America, India, and in Syria and seen threats, violence and in certain cases actual physical harm. I myself was once forced to escape being abducted into a moving vehicle in South Dakota by the followers of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands”, and at another time, had to appear in Court to help free several of the Baha’is under the Covenant who had been wrongly jailed in Chicago by these raving fanatics, patrolling the temple at Wilmette at the US Baha’i center. When this was about to be exposed and published in the Chicago Tribune, and Sun Times, they relented; and, finally they sent messengers from Haifa, and “all charges were dropped” and the friends were released from jail. One of them was arrested while praying in silent prayer in the Temple in Wilmette, the day before his wedding, and for no other cause at all other than being recognized by those marauding and usurping “thugs” as a loyal support of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha!
Such are the countless stories of psychosis and insanity in that group; of whom a certain ilk craves power and the secrets of “alchemy” and other “secret knowledge,” like weird black conjurers, hidden in ivory palaces and towers, making secret pacts amongst themselves and alliances with others, just as did the dregs of Karim Kahn (Iqan, p. 190) and his ilk of pretenders of the hijacked Shaykhi movement, that persecuted both the Bab and Baha’u’llah as well as the faithful, the mild and the sincerely true of heart, that used their intellects to investigate first hand and not fall for the hearsay of secondary accounts of others. These are they who are that new race of human being of whom ‘Abdu’l-Baha states, “the slander of the slanderer effecteth not!” (W&T, p. 3). Thus through the TEST of God, the sheep are parted from the goats, even as the Red Sea parted from before the positive power of Moses, like negative magnets that repel, the negative fleeing from the positive pole of God, the cynosure upon which the entire world revolves.
First hand accounts of actions such as these, as well as the covenant-breaking “NSA” in India recently busted for espionage, makes us wonder the fate of individuals in the spotlight such as David Kelly in the UK? Thus, through oppression, and other means, they think they have been successful in violation, like Omar, in scattering “the gathering of the people of Baha” (W&T, p. 12) but in reality and in actuality they have failed, and God’s Cause has prevailed, and the fortunes today have been reversed, praise be unto God, the Lord of All the Worlds!.
Therefore, the only cure for this malady is for these isolated groups and individuals, many of whom do not know the actual identity of the others outside their own local comminutes, to sort through their communities one member at a time, finding those who are pure of heart and firm in the covenant, and also marking those who are firm in the violation to be avoided in their personal teaching efforts. Why should those firm in the Covenant be forced to confide with those who are firm in the violation, and thus open themselves up for attack? Thus, ‘Abdu’l-Baha has said shun them! Avoid them! In other words, do not confide in them. They are not to be trusted! For they will poison all the others against you, the active teachers and guides, if they can. The utmost caution must be used at this time in gathering the faithful from out the violators. Surround yourselves with the faithful, follow the Hidden Words, avoid these ungodly politicos, raised up to be oppressors of the seat of violation, which sits in the abomination of desolation upon the Holy Mountain, prophesied by Baha’u’llah Himself, to be burned with fire and destroyed.
“O FRIEND! In the garden of thy heart plant naught but the rose of love, and from the nightingale of affection and desire loosen not thy hold. Treasure the companionship of the righteous and eschew all fellowship with the ungodly.” (Baha'u'llah, Persian Hidden Words #3)
“A thousand times” he has said, “shun their company.” (See “Master’s Last Tablet to America” attached). Jesus has said, “You shall know them by their fruits!” Therefore be sagacious in your personal judgement. Be not rash to judge, but be prudent and wise in your work, for this work is the work of God, the work of Building His Temple (Haykal), of which we are all living stones (1 Peter). You must test the spirits to see which is true, surround yourselves with those who are faithful, and avoid controversy and shun discord with those loyal to the violation and the violation theology of the “Hands.” Leave them unto God, for He alone may be able to restore them to light and life!
Not everyone in that community is of the violation. “Say not to every one who meeteth you with a greeting, ‘Thou art not a believer’” (Q4:94 Rodwell’s). Many of the pure in heart are isolated and trapped as we once were when we rudely awoke and realized their “UHJ” has no head!! That they have no executive, therefore they are the covenant-breakers! (W&T. p, 15).
Therefore like sagacious judges, who in future may be seated on the elected UHJ, both male and female, these loyal men and women firm in the covenant today, that find themselves trapped with that covenant-breaking administration, must not lose their faith in God, must not forget the truth of the mission of Baha’u’llah, the Davidic King of Kings, but must use the utmost wisdom and the utmost caution! It is left to you who are amongst them, to distinguish, as a judge distinguishes, who is and who is not loyal in that violation, in your own personal work. You must see the truth with your own eye, and avoid those who are covenant-breakers in your midst, loyal to the arch violators, versus those who are pure of heart, oppressed and yearning for the freedom that can only come through accepting God, and the living Davidic King that shows the way to the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah (www.UHJ.net) active in the world today.
Will God come down from heaven and do this for you? No. Certainly not. He has given you the intellect to use criteria of the Will and Testament, and the guidance of the Hidden Words, and now you -- each and everyone one of us as an individual -- must implement that the way you understand it. “The true station which every Baha’i can attain is that of the Old Testament prophet!” Therefore prophesy! Teach! (W&T, p. 10). The violators amongst you will flee, and the faithful will hear the call of the voice of their Lord, the Call of God Himself in this Great and Terrible Day in which we live! Prophecy! Teach! (W&T, p. 10). This is the commandment of God. This is the call of God. This is the word of the Lord! This is the commandment of Baha’u’llah. This is the commandment of the Master ‘Abdu’l-Baha. Prophesy! Teach! (W&T, p. 10). Beware! Beware! There are covenant-breakers amongst you. Prophesy! Teach! (W&T, p. 10). Hear the word of the Lord! They have no EXECUTIVE (Will and Testament, page 15). They are the COVENANT-BREAKERS!
The way your newly born community of the Covenant agrees, you are to govern yourselves, rightly and with firm resolve, to uphold the Truth in your own local and national area, with those defined borders and that protection of jurisdiction within your precinct, province, and locale. The sovereignty of God, the authority of heaven, has been given unto you the free people under the provisions of the Covenant in this Day of the great democratic-monarchy (Kingdom) of God on earth as it is in heaven. We are no longer to be called “slaves,” but friends, for the Master does not inform the “slave” of what he does, but his friends are taken into confidence, Christ has said this very saying in the Gospel, as a guidance for us today and for tomorrow.
Before long they, the true and loyal Baha’is firm in the Covenant and knowledgeable in the Testament, will be the majority Baha’is in every country, they will control the material property of their nations concerning the Baha’i Temples and the Baha’i Centers, and they will be freed from the bonds of the bogus headless “UHJ” in Haifa, and will be outwardly able to proclaim their full allegiance – bodily – as a single and independent people of their nation aligned to the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net) located now in the Rocky Mountains of the USA.
When that day comes – and come it shall, faster than lightning from the East unto the West – they will remove the voting rights of every single violator of the real and actual Covenant – those who oppose the true UHJ (head and body both) within their nations and thus purge and purify their national administration from those faithless, insincere, political intriguers, who have used their positions in the national Baha’i administration under the violation of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” for espionage and personal aggrandizement. They will have full authority and power and jurisdiction within their entire National boundaries, and this will be upheld by the National secular government of their Nation States upon which they are established that shall protect their rights and freedoms from the Violators in Haifa. For when the Hands broke the covenant in 1960, they annulled the agreement that the NSA’s had with the International Center at the seat of Violation and thus the NSA’s and national populations by law do not have to obey, follow and have anything to do with the Covenant-breakers. For the “Hands” by their own violation of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha nullified their contracts with the NSA’s throughout all the world, who are even now seceding one by one from that state of affairs, and to avoid the onslaught of the calamity that is coming down upon them as ordained by God in all the books and epistles sent out amongst the peoples of the world.
They are thus free by the law of God and free by the law of man, for their constitutions and national charters state they are to be allied only with the true “UHJ” and that “Universal House of Justice” is defined in the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, a legal document probated in the British Mandate Courts, “THE CHARTER” of the Baha’i faith, (See WOB, p. 144) to be the one singled out with the aghsan-son, the Davidic King as its president. Thus, their charters are in force in the nations, in the US, the UK, France and Russia, and those such as India, only by the UHJ that is located in the Rocky Mountains of the USA and not with pretenders such as the false headless bogus “UHJ” in Haifa Israel that is foretold to be obliterated in the onslaught prophesied to come.
The majority of the people – Baha’u’llah has prophesied – united as one single “burning meteor”, shall drive the violators off of Mount Carmel. After the nations have abandoned that false “UHJ” and when the free Baha’i people have successfully retaken the majority position within their respective nations, the Covenant-breaking flag shall be pulled down, once and forevermore, even in Israel itself, because the surviving Jewish Nation of Israel, shall, likewise have fully accepted the living Davidic king (Jewish), who is not only the head of the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah, but is the promised personage they have awaited that is to lead them to King-Messiah, fulfilled in that Davidic King of Kings, whose name is Baha’u’llah! A physical meteor is also due.
Truth be told, the majority of the members who are active in the US as Covenant-breakers, today, is only about 3000 adults nationwide. The numbers in the UK, France and Russia is even less. Everyday we received more letters of allegiance proclaiming their acceptance of the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net), but who trapped in local community situations do so only in the utmost privacy and confidence. Those who pride themselves in the majority of oppressors shall soon fade. Soon, like all men, their bones shall be beaten to dust in their graves, and the next generation of Baha’i peoples, already loyal to the Covenant, and poised to replace them on the earthly plain, as decreed by the wisdom of God that they should be removed forever from the earth, that is loyal faithful and true to the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net) and the living Davidic King, the great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, will be the heir to their respective countries and will reverse the tide of violation that they themselves grew up within.
Has this not happened with slavery in the US? And civil rights? Did not the railway workers get the 8-hour day and the 40-hour week? And women now have the right to vote? So the majority in the US has changed from bigotry and oppression to acceptance and equality on many important fronts. The next battle to be waged, by the Baha’is and all people, ‘Abdu’l-Baha tells us, is the battle against economic slavery, which we will win as the world moves through this next world war and current catastrophe that is upon us now. Thus those who are firm in the Covenant, that the “Hands” called Covenant-breakers, shall be reunited with their fellows, even as this is happening now, that were trapped within the halls of violation. This is wood and iron coming together to form a rod of gold, as prophesied of in the Divine Book, and thus no man may rend asunder that which God hath purposed to join together!
Meanwhile, we shall cite two examples, from out all the activity throughout the world that is turning the tide today. Throughout Europe, in Russia, France and the United Kingdom of Britain, the light of the truth of the Baha’i Covenant is again shining and the banner of the Davidic Kingship, the presidency of the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah, has been firmly planted and again raised and hoisted aloft – flying high! Throughout the Muslim world, in Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Iran and the United Arab Emirates, the true believers have found themselves dug in to fortified trenches on the front line of teaching from which God Himself will not allow them to be taken! In South America, and in Africa, the banner of the Covenant of the Davidic Kingship, the aghsan-sons of Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha is raised aloft and firmly established. Japan and China and the Far East are no exception in this day. In North America, Canada and the Philippines, the vibration of light and love of the true UHJ, the channel of grace and benevolence and knowledge and education for all (WOB, p. 9, 19) is shining firm and resplendent, like the morning sun on the first days of the new divine spring! Thus with all this activity and the tide turning, we see the activity of God that no human being can thwart!
In India, for example, that current “NSA” was struck by the Divine Providence of God at a time when it was persecuting severely the fledgling community of Baha’is under the provisions of the Covenant through that sub-continent and long held spiritual bastion of truth and purity. When Lo! Busted for espionage in the papers, in a national scandal, they were shook down to the core, and so distracted in their own marasmus of corruption, turned their attention away from those who teach this true faith and continually guide the people back under the provisions of the Covenant in that Country.
Now material wealth and power are as important to God and to the faithful as a speck of dust in the black of the eye of an ant. But in order to show the grandeur and the power and the greatness of God, we build edifices unto Him, and perform extraordinary feats in his name, to show the solidarity of divine salvation in opposition to materialism and that of the Covenant-breaker and the usurper. This victory will belong to God and unto Him alone! Only when we are so detached from all material and worldly affairs will this sublimity arise as the sun at high noon, and the victory of those who have remained firm will be seen throughout all the regions of the world. So Baha’u’llah has revealed:
“Rejoicest thou in that thou rulest a span of earth, when the whole world, in the estimation of the people of Baha, is worth as much as the black in the eye of a dead ant? Abandon it unto such as have set their affections upon it, and turn thou unto Him Who is the Desire of the world.”(Baha'u'llah, Epistle to the Son of the Wolf, p. 124-125)
What will all the worldly do when the entire India sub-continent takes back, one soul by one soul at a time, until by majority consensus and vote, their National governing body, which holds title to the temple they built unknowingly in league with the Covenant-breakers in Haifa, and shines forth as one of the first to secede as one soul in many bodies officially and publicly from the center of violation as a nation state from the Covenant-breakers in Haifa!
Thus this power of the Covenant alone, continued in the throne-line of king David which is the executive branch of the true UHJ of Baha’u’llah (www.UHJ.net) can transform satanic strength into heavenly power, for man alone is the greatest talisman, and the power of God is unleashed from out the souls of the faithful who have turned, joyfully and elated, in contrition, humility and servitude unto the Lord of All the Worlds, out of devotion, love and ecstatic bliss, free from the dross of this darksome and material realm.
“Perplexing and difficult as this may appear, the still greater task of converting satanic strength into heavenly power is one that We have been empowered to accomplish. The Force capable of such a transformation transcendeth the potency of the Elixir itself. The Word of God, alone, can claim the distinction of being endowed with the capacity required for so great and far-reaching a change.” (Baha'u'llah, Gleanings, p. 200)
When the Hands broke the Covenant in 1957 and set up that bogus UHJ in 1963, they invalidated any legal obligations that any of the NSA’s had to their national property, money, funds, people (human souls), and national communities. Thus in separating themselves from the Empire of Tyranny of the Hands, (first one soul at a time and later through public national declaration) these “NSA’s” set up originally by Shoghi Effendi, will evolve to the next level as National Baha’i Councils – NBC’s – separate in power and authority from the control of the Haifa, the Hand’s bogus UHJ. This is to happen in the next phase of evolution of the natural order, for the Kingdom of God, ‘Abdu’l-Baha tells us is a Federal system, where the federal states are to rule and govern themselves within their own jurisdiction. This is to come about precisely BECAUSE God allowed Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” to violate, thus forcing the nation states to rise up against them and their oppression and injustice, in the name of the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, their only recourse to freedom, for their spiritual and social freedom, and thus win their wings as sovereign nation states, sovereign National Baha’i Councils with full self-governing authority and national and ethnic autonomy. Then these, now vetted for the occasion, shall declare their covenant with the true UHJ (body and head both) retaining their sovereignty and thus the real and just Federal System of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven will have been organically generated by the One Wise Lord. See! See how great God is! What man has planned for evil God has planned for good so that many people could be saved!
They, these NBC’s, will be empowered to expel from their ranks all violators and remove entirely all their voting rights in their nations, without question or review, their decisions being final during the epoch of transition from apostasy to righteousness, which Baha’u’llah Himself has prophesied in no less explicit terms than the “mystery of the reversal of the sign of the sovereign”.
Thus shall the nations be purified and purged, and the National Baha’i communities free from those actual violators, who are anti- the living Davidic king, anti- the throne line of kind David of the Baha’i world order. As Christ refers to the throne-line of king David that the aghsan-son of King David through Baha’u’llah and ‘Abdu’l-Baha are alone qualified to be seated as presidents of the true UHJ. (W&T, p. 15). Therefore, these Covenant-breakers who remain against the Davidic King are not only Covenant-breakers but are antichrist. The national councils – nascent national teaching committees – will deal with this themselves from the ruckus of the local community LSA’s, and thus as they purify themselves it is written:
“Behold the kingdoms of this world [the nation-states – national Baha’i councils former NSA’s] have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ.”
This power, this authorization and this command comes NOW at this time Ridvan 2010, the year 19, from the true UHJ via the current living Davidic King, conferring (for the exigencies of the time being, during this current phase of the Epoch of the Reversal), all power within the boundaries of their Nation States, to declare who is or is not a violator of the Covenant within those countries, based on the criteria of loyalty to the “sign of God” (W&T, p. 11), the person of the living Davidic King, by which we recognize the true UHJ (head and body both) from fakes frauds and imitations. Thus, as a favor from God, have the nations themselves now been empowered to make themselves right with God and loyal to the living throne of David in this day today and everyday.
In the future, when the majority is assembled in those states to make this move, they will find that they have no legal obligation to the “Hands” headless “UHJ” in any way, a headless monster that exists thousands of miles from their nation states, a headless monster – located on Golem Street, to which if anyone remains loyal is Covenant-breaker and is to be expelled from the Baha’i Administration of those nations – in order to purify ourselves away from this spirit of corruption that has completely eroded the spiritual solidarity of the free Baha’i people throughout the entire globe. This process is already deep underway in the two key spots of both the United States and Iran , Persia . It is fast spreading through the communities in the European core counterparts, France, Russia, and the UK. It is no coincidence that these are the nation-states mentioned and indicated especially by Baha’u’llah in His accompanying Tablets of the Surat’ul-Haykal, the Surah of the Temple , which we are now building in its fullest degree at this time! Other nation states are not far behind. The landslide is due, and the accompanying physical calamity of the Great Earthquake, the meteor strike, and the other winds of destruction are a catalyst to help wake up the majority of the people of the world within the Jewish, Christian, and Islamic folds, as well as those of Buddhism, Hinduism and the native cultures of all peoples.
There shall be no freedom, no safe haven, no peace, no serenity, no security and no salvation except within the framework, the shield, the security the everlasting shelter of all the provisions of the sacred Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, meaning the Ark of Salvation of the true UHJ which is recognized by its irremovable appointed member, the living Davidic King of that day. All those that do not seek the shelter of that BRANCH of God (Zech. 3:8 KJV) will find themselves struck by a thermonuclear “heat” unbearable in its intensity and unyielding in its incumbent retributive force.
“A tempest, unprecedented in its violence, unpredictable in its course, catastrophic in its immediate effects, unimaginably glorious in its ultimate consequences, is at present sweeping the face of the earth. Its driving power is remorselessly gaining in range and momentum. Its cleansing force, however much undetected, is increasing with every passing day. Humanity, gripped in the clutches of its devastating power, is smitten by the evidences of its resistless fury. It can neither perceive its origin, nor probe its significance, nor discern its outcome. Bewildered, agonized and helpless, it watches this great and mighty wind of God invading the remotest and fairest regions of the earth, rocking its foundations, deranging its equilibrium, sundering its nations, disrupting the homes of its peoples, wasting its cities, driving into exile its kings, pulling down its bulwarks, uprooting its institutions, dimming its light, and harrowing up the souls of its inhabitants.”
“‘The time for the destruction of the world and its people,’ Baha’u’llah’s prophetic pen has proclaimed, ‘hath arrived.’ ‘The hour is approaching,’ He specifically affirms, ‘when the most great convulsion will have appeared.’ ‘The promised day is come, the day when tormenting trials will have surged above your heads, and beneath your feet, saying: “Taste ye what your hands have wrought!”’ ‘Soon shall the blasts of His chastisement beat upon you, and the dust of hell enshroud you.’” (Shoghi Effendi, The Promised Day is Come, p. 3)
As a mercy and favor from God, once expelled from the Fold by those NSA’s turned NBC’s, in the reversal that is to take place, one by one these may with contrition and humble hearts appeal their cases to the true UHJ with the living Davidic King as its head. But until that process of appeal is concluded, the absolute ruling of the democratic and republican body of the National Baha’i Councils shall stand and all shall shun and avoid entirely those expelled as violators within their nations – those who during the Epoch of Reversal remained loyal to the false UHJ and theology of the “Hands” and Ruhiyyih within their countries, shall be permanently expelled from the congregation of the people locally and nationally and “in no wise accept ANY excuse from them”:
“So soon as they find anyone beginning to oppose and protest against the Guardian of the Cause of God [president and executive of the UHJ], cast him out from the congregation of the people of Baha and in no wise accept any excuse from him. How often hath grievous error been disguised in the garb of truth, that it might sow the seeds of doubt in the hearts of men!” (W&T, p. 12)
Thus were Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “hands” appointed to protect the aghsan-son of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, the living Davidic King, instead they were the ones (the “Hands”) that attacked opposed and protested against him!
“O friends! The Hands of the Cause of God must be nominated and appointed by the Guardian of the Cause of God. All must be under his shadow and obey his command. Should any, within or without the company of the Hands of the Cause of God disobey and seek division, the wrath of God and His vengeance will be upon him, for he will have caused a breach in the true Faith of God.” (W&T, p. 12-13)
Thus Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” in their rejection of Mason Remey Aghsan (1957-1974), Pepe, Aghsan (1974-1994) and myself, (1994-current) , have indeed caused “a breach in the True Faith of God” as prophesied by ‘Abdu’l-Baha in His Will as a necessary evil, “iniquity must come, but woe betide them by whom its comes” Ruhiyyih Khanum and the other Hands.
Do not shun one another; do not shun the fellow believers in this Cause who are loyal to the true UHJ and the living Davidic King! But beware! Beware for Covenant-breakers are amongst you! Find out who they are. Use your intellects to apply the criteria of the will and avoid them. You must make this call with your own eyes and your own intellects! You are the judges of the local Baha’i councils. You are judges of the national Baha’i bodies. You are the trustees of Baha, within your nations, within your cities, within your villages, within your countries, counties and regions! Gather the faithful under the shadow of God! Shun the arch-violators and their minions! And re-unite one with another in fellowship and communion with God with the living Davidic King and your fellow believers, fellow servants, even as your brothers and sisters are already doing and have done, in these days of God!
SENT TO THE GUARDIAN AND COUNCIL OF THE UHJ VIA E-MAIL:
From a published talk of Ruhiyyih Khanum in 1964 entitled
“Simultaneous Process of Expansion and Consolidation”
Here are the very words Ruhiyyih Khanum [with commentary and clarifications in brackets] designed and engineered in their scheme to bring in the “ignorant” masses, and create a system of incentivized corruption which the “cream”, as she put it, would rise to the top, who like a Nazi Gestapo would then be poised to repress all the rest of the people:
“In 1964 Hand of the Cause Ruhiyyih Khanum spent several months in India and in the nearby countries of Ceylon, Nepal and Sikkim. While in India she participated extensively in the mass teaching [hijacking] program being carried on in the villages in all parts of that land. The following comments written on her return to the Holy Land give much food for thought among all the Baha'is of the world who wish to see their beloved Faith grow and expand among the multitudes not yet touched by the Word of Baha'u'llah. She states:
“The entire Baha'i world is watching the progress being made in India. Her teaching activities and the remarkable rate of increase in the numbers of believers in that country during the last five years are the envy and admiration of her sister communities. But I feel a word of advice is in order here…
“How can one do two entirely contradictory things at the same time [such as serve God and mammon]; require of people that they be mature, understanding, well-informed Baha'is BEFORE letting them into the Faith, [thus she made sure they were NOT WELL INFORMED of the Will and Testament and that the Davidic King MUST be the president of the true UHJ to recognize the true UHJ from fakes, frauds and imitations!] , and; at the same time, have enough Baha'is inside it to put into effect this great, dynamic, [Hijacked and HEADLESS] Order of Baha'u'llah? It is like asking that kindergarten children should first sit for entrance examinations to the university before they can begin their primary education! [Thus she saw the masses as stupid dupes, like “kindergarten- children” – i.e. taking candy from a baby!] [By “university education” she means being indoctrinated to defending and supporting the headless monster UHJ without a guardian as its president, of which she set up a program of incentivized corruption, for personal prestige, power and social and political clout all in opposition to God, the same things and temptations the devil and Satan carroted Jesus with on the mountain for 40 days and 40 nights]. She says:
“Let the people come in. The law of averages decrees that everything has a scale of percentages. Every milk has its percentage of cream; high or low, it is there.” For every hundred new [kindergarten- dupe] “Baha'is” there is invariably going to be a percentage of people of great capacity, both intellectually and spiritually [willing to sell out their country, peoples and souls to join-up with the Violation of Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands” and become the repressive overlords of the masses, a new clergy class, indoctrinating all of them to shun Neal Chase, the living Davidic King and the great grandson of ‘Abdu’l-Baha]; this group [the new Gestapo – clergy oppressors] will take care of the increase in less mature [dupes] and understanding [fools], but no less sincere, souls [that is the pure of heart who are food for these “new” spiritual vampires unleashed upon the masses] who comprise the rest of the hundred [the pure in heart that we have come with our true UHJ to set free]. In other words you get your rank and file [the oppressed masses she thinks she can fool], your foot soldiers [toady lackeys who do anything she says], as well as your officers [repressive overlords of violation in seats of authority and control], all together at the same time.
“[Don’t think about the Covenant and its provisions – don’t read the Will and Testament] Just teach. Trust [Ruhiyyih Khanum and the “Hands”]… and march on to conquer [the ignorant masses, the unsuspecting and the unawares], while there is still the opportunity to do so....
“Today there is an extraordinary receptivity [PT Barnum says: “A sucker born every minute”] in that part of the world [India] (and indeed, in many other lands, maybe more than we realize) to the [violation of the Hands and Ruhiyyih only masquerading as “Baha’i”]--like the soil waiting [for them, to plant the weeds of the devil], dry and breathless with longing, for the monsoon, for the rains that will generate life and bring forth the new crop [both tares and wheat grow together]. This is our opportunity, our challenge, our terrible responsibility. [She admits what she is doing is “terrible” for it is written: “Iniquity MUST come, but woe betide them by who it comes!”]
“For our own sakes, for the sake of [causing] suffering humanity, we cannot afford to fail in seizing this hour [as she “wrote she “seized the reigns” of the Cause] and exploiting it to the full. [Thus she is a self-confessed EXPLOITER]
"There are almost half a billion people in India [ripe for the picking who have not read one single word of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and who do not even know that the document exists, let alone that the Davidic King must be the president of the true UHJ to recognize the true UHJ from fakes frauds and imitations such as the one Ruhiyyih and the Hands set up in Haifa to fool and dupe the people into joining their violation], not to mention those in neighboring countries. Not hundreds, not thousands, but literally millions [of suckers born every minute who will even refuse to the read the Will and Testament AFTER it is showed to them later on and will always blindly follow Ruhiyyih Khanum and the Hands!] ready to accept [Ruhiyyih’s and the Hands glaring violation of the Covenant of] Baha'u'llah if you will only tell them He has come to them, for them [they will never even think to investigate for the true UHJ (www.UHJ.net) ], in this glorious new age in which we are [violating the Covenant]are [making an easy] living.”– Amatu’l-Baha Ruhiyyih Khanum.

Friends! In contrast to this absolutely degenerate, appalling, and inexcusable plotting and scheming by Ruhiyyih Khanum and the Hands and those who followed them, the masses are being educated through the school of oppression and via the internet! They are finding their way back to the truth of the Covenant. Some instead of coming back under the Covenant, have broken away to form their own sects of “Baha’i” outside the provisions of the Covenant, but in time even many of these will realize the fruitlessness of their ways, outside the power of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, and write into www.UHJ.net and become united in the true power of the Covenant of love and light with the living Davidic King who is the chairmen of our true UHJ alive in the world today.
Then, the mysterious vehement confirming support from God via the Holy Spirit that animates us all, as one soul in many bodies, takes effect. In this elevated and supernatural state, yet while grounded here on earth, we are guided by God in our teaching efforts and connected and reunited one with another, as the true fold resurrects from the dead, and those of the violation amongst us, are, slowly but surely and methodically, singled out, marginalized and left to their own in the nether most gloom. Those who radiate firmness are attracted, and those who are against God, and the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha (see page 11) are repelled away as if by magic, like a fresh breeze blowing away a bad odor (the stink of violation), or the gentle ocean pulses tossing the foam away from our midst and out from our very lives, thoughts, and souls.
How loving, how kind and how gentle, how nurturing is Our God, the Lord of Mercy, the Lord of Love, the God of Light, the Gift of Truth, the God of Grace abounding!
“How great the blessedness that awaiteth the king who will arise to aid My Cause in My kingdom, who will detach himself from all else but Me! Such a king is numbered with the companions of the Crimson Ark – the Ark which God hath prepared for the people of Baha. All must glorify his name, must reverence his station, and aid him to unlock the cities with the keys of My Name, the omnipotent Protector of all that inhabit the visible and invisible kingdoms. Such a king is the very eye of mankind, the luminous ornament on the brow of creation, the fountainhead of blessings unto the whole world. Offer up, O people of Baha, your substance, nay your very lives, for his assistance.” (Baha'u'llah, Kitab-i-Aqdas, p. 50)
Friends, without a doubt, I am only a servant of the servants of God, a fellow believer with you, the companions of the Crimson Ark, in your midst. In these days, I have been singled out for ignominy in the world, because God chose me to preside over His UHJ, and thus willingly and happily endure a public teaching effort, lawsuits, both personal and financial destruction, all at the hands of the enemies of this Cause, of which I am but a pawn in the Hand of God, a ring He turns which ever way He pleases on His finger. The Bab and Baha’u’llah and the Manifestations of God, all else, regardless of their gifts and works – or lack thereof, are but servants in his path:
“His Holiness, the Exalted One (the Bab), is the Manifestation of the Unity and Oneness of God and the Forerunner of the Ancient Beauty. His Holiness the Abha Beauty (may my life be a sacrifice for His steadfast friends) is the Supreme Manifestation of God and the Dayspring of His Most Divine Essence. All others are servants unto Him and do His bidding.”(The Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, p. 19)
To this end, I close this Open Epistle to the Baha’i World directed especially toward the spiritually active and vibrant community in India at this time, with only two important citations of the hundreds and thousand of emails we receive in a continuous shimmering stream from all around the world. We choose these two excerpts, above all others, because of their important and inherent connection, as Shoghi Effendi has stated, whereas Persia is the “Cradle of the Faith”, the United States is the “Cradle of the Administration”, and thus the Faith with its twin Manifestations has come out of Persia, a common faith that we all share, and the Administration has come, not out of Haifa, but out of America, with the Twin establishers, Dr. Leland Jensen, and myself, Neal Chase, as prophesied and spoken of in the scripture as “Joshua and Zerubbabel”, who lay the foundation stone of the second Temple, the second IBC/UHJ” which is the true UHJ, the current World Order of Baha’u’llah now born and active in the world today in the Golden Century of this now Golden Age of the Faith of Baha’u’llah begun on January 1, 2001 AD: the mystery of the reversal of the sign of the sovereign “ra’is” (W&T, p. 14).
Thus, to give an small example of what is now taking place throughout the entire Baha’i world, in every city, in every county, in every nation and in every clime, from one of the active centers in the United States, Cradle of the World Order of the true UHJ (out of innumerable active centers in the world at this time), we share these exemplary words:

They are all active in their respective areas, on fire with the light and love of God! From India to Africa, throughout Europe and America, to Asia and South and North America, the international community of the covenant, has survived the winds of violation, even as it shall survive the four winds of destruction to be unleashed from the great river Euphrates that flows through Iraq.
World Events propel this cause forward. No power of the violation of man can prevent it.
In fact, in every instant God has allowed and assisted the violators to oppose the Covenant and to attack the successorship for the specific reason to show that the successorship itself is able to defend itself against any and every onslaught. Thus does this Covenant stand firm and strong. Thus suffering and finally death of the body is a universal condition – without suffering the people would not learn to empathize with one another, and would not form the common bonds of affection and spiritual affiliation that are essential prerequisites of the everlasting felicity of the communion of the next world. Woe unto those who have remained aloof and insulated from suffering, who have caused suffering unto their fellows, and who have allowed their souls to callous like a scab torn from the heart of hate, whereas God has created all to be in love, knowledge and grace within the haven of His everlasting Kingdom.
With great resolve, happy intent and faces uplifted by the great momentum now filling the sails of our ship, at this time, this spring, this Divine Paradise, Ridvan 2010, the year 19 since the foundation of the IBC/UHJ was laid on January 9th, 1991; the year 19 since the Council took its first breath and had its first meeting on resurrection Sunday, 2 March, 1991; the year 19 since the Lamb opened the seventh seal and unfurled the banner of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha in Ridvan of 1991; NOW the warm moist breezes of life propel this Cause and this people forward, from one adventure to the next, that none but the initiated, none but the cherished, none but the closely informed, the confidants of God, His servants and faithful lovers can or will ever be able to apprehend.
